Products aren't shipped from Germany, aftersales isn't in Germany, all chinese. They don't understand your emails, they don't follow the European rules, returning cost 15% restocking fee + transport cost. The advertised delivery time isn't right.
Update: when you don't accept the package on delivery it goes back to them without you paying for extra shipping cost. After multiple emails they refunded me minus 15% restocking fee. We've learned our lesson. Pay more for quality stuff and known brands it makes your life more peacefull.

They don’t accept return when their product is faulty and they have zero costumer service. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Now I have to pay for a watch that doesn’t work
Luxo is a scam
I googled "best smartwatch". Found a test: Best five smartwatches. It said luxo was really good, first Place. But its a scam. You can find the "reviewer", the person in the picture, in at least 4 different webpages. Different names also. But i did not check before ordered a clock. And of course it did not work. Now they refuse to take it back. They wanted me to send a video, proving i followed the instructions. I did not. How to do that? Next day they were going to send new clock. Next day they wanted a video again. Three times they change their minds. DO NOT BUY!!!

Only got one of the two watch straps I paid for. I was not happy with watch and have attempted to obtain details for return under the 90 day return offer. The replies I have had are rather strange. Eg offering me a 10% refund if I promise not to return item. My emails have now been blocked. Keep clear this totem posted from China, the watches are not worth the money and there is no customer service.
Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish! Nothing works properly, even the time flicks forwards and backwards an hour randomly - Totally inaccurate in all aspects of monitoring - Constantly sends messages that I’ve already deleted and it isn’t even waterproof!
Don’t waste your money, there are better cheaper options out there.

Wanted to return the smartwatch, but luxo/bogasen refused to give me a return address. The website is a scam and i didnt got any help from Klarna. Do not buy the watch from bogasen/luxo or a similar website. They change their website/domain because they get so much bad feedback.

Firstly, they dont deserve 1 star, but that's the least I can give.
My experience of this company has been horrendous. I purchased this watch after googling "best budget smart watch" it came up as top watch in bestwelike.com and I thought I'd give it a try. Previously I've had 3 Fitbits and 2 Garmins. I stupidly didn't realise that this Luxo watch only connects to an App called "Runmefit", it doesn't connect to any other applications, so I can't connect to Strava, which I want. I therefore contacted customer services and that's when my ongoing drama commenced. They don't accept returns, they are not UK based, even although the packaging has a UK return address. They have to date offered me a 5% discount which I did not accept then I was offered a 10% discount and basically threatened that I will need to incur the full cost of returning the watch to CHINA including all customer taxes etc. I can see I've wasted £109. They don't intent to give anyone their money back from this scam. I'll keep fighting this battle as it's unacceptable that they are claiming to be a UK based company, which clearly they are not. Shame on this company for selling in a deceitful way!

I canceled my order after about one hour after ordering.
They compleatly ignored it and contacted me the next Day and claimed it was allready in transit, and that I can "try" to get a refund later....
Do not buy anything from this company, poor products, appalling service
If there was an option for minus stars this would be one of those times I would use it.
Where to start, the company is based in China but the adverts and selling/buying pages indicate a UK company and UK stock, this is a lie, everything is in China.
Having not received my item, within the UK advertised postage timescales, I contacted the company. They hadn't even posted it, it was then I found out it's a China based company. I requested they cancel my order as they fraudulently mislead me, and I no longer wanted the watch. They sent it anyway saying I might change my mind, completely against my specific instructions.
I received the watch within 10 days, I repackaged it and sent it straight back (like I said I would) at a cost of £20 to myself. The package required £30 paying at customs and therefore nearly 3 weeks after sending it I received a refund minus the £30, meaning I am now £51 out of pocket as result of this companies complete incompetence. No apology, not chance of seeing that money again.
Do not under any circumstance, buy anything from this company!!!!
I have just received the watch
I have just received the watch . When I went to set up I was asked for the licence code which should be been sent to by Luxo Mart after placing an order .. nothing received despite several emails with screen shot of the step where it’s asking me out the license code …some emails are bouncing back . Looking for help and advice ..
Avoid at all costs!
As of 6/12/2023 this still isnt resolved. They just ignore my questions. And then don't reply for days. Avoid at all costs! This is not a UK. And any problems you have will be ignored! The watch took really long in arriving and they wouldn't let me cancel. Told me to reject delivery but it was posted through letterbox. So i thought ok its here now lets just keep it. It wouldnt sync to my phone and i tried every thing. Followed all the instructions. Then it was measuring my sleep pattern all wrong. Data is very inaccurate on it. So i reset it again, and again same thing. Contacted them and they told me to do what i'd already done. I said i wanted to return it as its not fit for purpose and essentially defective. They offered me a 10% discount. I rejected that as its no use to me. Then they said if i return it i will have to pay postage and customs charges and 15% restock fee. So i questioned this as its a faulty item. All my questions got ignored, and they asked me if i had received it, like theres a whole email trail can they not see that. They then offered 15% discount for me to keep watch again i rejected. Then the same thing have i received the item. *facepalm moment* and now their emails are not going through. Dont trust them at all. When i questioned their bad reviews they said they are all fake and its their competitors that are doing it. I can assure you i am not a competitor.

Have been trying to return the watch because after receiving it with the wrong colour strap & after reading reviews I have some serious doubts about this product/company. Cannot get a return address out of them and they started blocking my emails today to deliberately prevent communication. How do I get my money back ?
The bezel fell off the watch
The bezel fell off the watch, I've tried to contect them via the app, no response and via the support email which just gets bounced back. I'll take this up with my credit card company.

I rashly ordered this watch on Oct 4 after reading the reviews online. Paid with my card THEN did some more searching online . Horrified to read the reviews on Trustpilot and cancelled my card immediately fearing a scam .
Surprise surprise watch arrived today (14th) and all looks to be in order . Too early to comment on function and performance but pleasantly surprised to actually receive the thing. Watch this space .
24 hr update . Arrived after 10:days , well packaged , instructions and set up dead easy . Linked to my iPhone and everything functioning as it should within 20 mins . Chose a watch face from the wide selection , everything looking good . Can’t really see any problem with the company or the product so have to give a 5 star review so far .

Thought company was in U.K. but it’s in China so that’s why delivery took so long.

Not worth £10
Absolutely not worth it I have a watch of Amazon that was £100 cheaper and Is better, this watch misses out half of my run (measured on the treadmill) it also misses out steps around the house but yet I wake up with steps taken?? Aswell as this the thing calls me at 2 am very other day when my phone is off! I contacted them to sort it to be told it’s my arm swing - seriously pathetic, and apparently their watch doesn’t call people!! Well mine does and they won’t even change it! Avoid it not worth the box it comes in!
Horrendous company
The lies this company tell are outrageous. They’re not UK based, they’re in China.
After discovering this was a scam I emailed the company telling them
I didn’t want the product and they said they’d already shipped it even though I contacted them within 5 minutes of the original order so that was clearly a blatant lie.
The watch has arrived, I haven’t opened it, I shall send it back which is going to cost me money to return to China and they said they will only give me 85% of my money back.
It’s not the money that bothers me, it’s the principle. This company are disgusting liars and should be closed down immediately.
I paid with Klarna and have been in touch with them but the person I spoke to at Klarna was foreign and I couldn’t understand what was being said so I didn’t get any assistance there either.
I feel so, so angry about this and clearly so do many others who have also been taken in by these con merchants. 🤬🤬
Watch received fine
I have to say I've received my Luxo watch. It did take a week to arrive. Looks and feels good. My very first smart watch so finding my way around it at the moment. So far it I've been able access tunes and all of the fitness bits seem to be recording .. ie heartbeat, steps etc.
I've just emailed as not sure how to make calls via the watch. Hopefully I'll be able to figure it out.
