I ordered two products one was not supplied. Was told that stock would be supplied if in the warehouse or a refund given if not. No refund no product. Dodgy company won't use them again.

Shrunk after one wash
Over the summer (08/2023), I purchased the Signature Waffle Robe (SWR) in white + 2 Signature Terry Hooded (STH) robes as a bridal shower gift. I recently wore the SWR, and was very pleased until I washed it. Much to my disappointment, it shrank considerably and no longer fits! Now, I’m worried the robes I gifted to a close friend’s daughter for her bridal shower will suffer the same fate. Overall, the quality, feel, and original fit was good. However, I will not purchase again because it simply does not wash well.

I used to think luxury and affordability do not go together very well. After shopping from Luxor Linens, I have changed. They can as long as the people you are buying from are from New Jersey.
