The ordering process on the Luxiv site was smooth and straightforward — clear product info, simple checkout, and prompt order confirmation. I haven't received the item yet, so I can't speak to performance, but the buying experience itself was hassle-free. Will update this review once it arrives and I've had a chance to try it out.

I've bought a 10TB hard drive (USB 3.0 for 36.80€)
and they send me a fake hard drive. The weight was only 5 grams(!!!) and it crashed my laptop :-(
The moment you buy something, they send you a mail asking for a good review.
Please don't buy anything from this thieves!

Ignoring cancelling the order
I ordered a product from this dropshipper Luxiv and I canceled. When I canceled the order they mailed: "Sorry you want to cancel the order. Are you sure, then answer with Cancel". I did answer them with "Cancel the order" This was all done within 2 hours after ordering. The items was not shipped.
Then I heard nothing until the next day when I got an email that the item was being prepared to be shipped. I answered that I canceled the order. Then they come back that it is too late now to cancel as their system put it on 'ready to be shipped'.
So they ignored my cancelation completely and just continued the order. I kept on emailing them that I canceled the order (timely), but they ignored every mail and just shipped the item.
