I purchased a large mirror on the 4th December, and have literally had no communication after chasing them. The advert states 5 to 7 days, but that is a lie! I've asked for a refund, but not heard anything from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Have not received my order!
I have placed an order of a large mirror on the 4th of December 2023, but have not received it yet and it has been 13 days when delivery expectation is between 5-7 days. I have been emailing them several times but it seems like i keep receiving a generic message repeatedly. I want my full refund back of £33.99 as I have found out from trust pilot that this company is a fraud. But I am a bit lost on how to receive my refund, who shall I contact? Can someone please advise me on this matter. Thank you

SCAM. Allegedly UK based brand selling mirrors. The email communication comes from Novolla - another brand noted as scam here.
They stopped answering before giving me an order number and after I asked for cancel and refund of my order.
The company is actually based in Spain. DO NOT BUY it is just another version of Novolla.
