Previously bought off Luxe to Kill for the first time, tried on the outfit but wasn't true to size so sent it back. After waiting for over a month for the refund I then get an email to say that my return has been rejected for 'marks'. I asked them to take a photo of these 'marks' as I had the dress on for all of about 1 minute to try on and they said that they can't send me a photo as it was on its way back to me. Massive inconvenience, I've moved address so now have to try to get the dress back somehow to try and sell on again. Scott is being very difficult in allowing me to raise a complaint, and now I'm stuck with a dress I don't like and doesn't fit me, wasting £25 in the current climate. They must be making such losses that they have to scam you into saying you have 'damaged' something when you haven't. First and last time I ever use this company. Absolute shambles and the worst customer experience!

Clothing is awesome and true to size.
I'm excited about the order. The clothes exceeded my expectations. Package well packed. The delivery took longer, but considering the delivery to the Czech Republic and the delay of the package at customs, it is understandable. The clothes are of very good quality, they match the picture on the e-shop and the size description. I will definitely order again. I like the design and quality of this brand.
The quality was great, i get compliments left right and centre and they reply fast in the dms !

they claim items missing items from package also took one of the items tag off and just sent back me claiming its not resaleble? disgusting and dodging
they also refused to work with alternative dispute resolution
please if you are experiencing similar issues collected report this to trade standard we will win!

I recently returned an item and I emailed them to have an update and the lady was very efficient with her response and processed my refund immediately
Ordered linen trousers and jacket from this company but sadly it was too big. I returned it same day to exchange for smaller size but needed it urgently for holidays. Got in touch with Scott at Customer Services and he was brilliant! He said he would sort this out. He was so helpful throughout - and so professional. Suit was also very nice. Happy customer.

Sadly I lost both drawstrings for the cuff of my cargos so I could no longer adjust to make them tighter. I messaged them on insta and they offered to send replacement strings straight away without question. This surprised me because it was completely my fault that I had lost them and they were under no obligation to help me. I’m so happy that I can wear my cargos again. I’ll be shopping with them again soon :)
