I have very fair skin
I have very fair skin, just spent a week in Bali and although I only ended with a barely noticeable tan the main take away was that I didn't burn like I normally would have. I used the nasal spray and started about 5 days before I left AUS. Will be trying again later in the year as it warms up at home.
