Don’t use this company

Ordered a cold ice bath thing 11th May. Still not come and it’s 19th July. Communication from them has been terrible , I have asked for a phone number numerous times but they don’t offer one. No updates , I have asked for a full refund. I wish I had read the reviews before. Bloke sounds a right dick who owns it from the reviews and now been treat like this I’m after a refund and will buy else where.

I purchased a hot tub from Bradley…

I purchased a hot tub from Bradley about a year ago and did not realise he had gone out of business until reading your reviews! Now I need new headrests which Bradley said he kept in stock. Can’t source them anywhere and feel gutted that there is no one to turn too for help

Avoid - prob not trading now anyway..

Same experiences really as below, faulty and the warranty I guess is a fairy tail .. I guess he was just trying to sell as many as possible till year end.. that’s why all issues in last 3 months. Ignoring all contact. Guess he’s just selling back cars now. Avoid if they are indeed still accepting orders. If you’ve bought one this year then there is no Warranty I’m afraid. Spend a bit more and go with a company with reputation.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Stay away from this company and Brad, purchased a hot tub it arrived damaged and broken. He kept promising to come and fix it, then ignored all my emails and calls. Brad’s customer service is horrendous and his company is a joke, apparently not trading anymore therefore no warranty. I’m one of the lucky ones to get my money back STAY AWAY

have just purchased our 2nd hot tub…

have just purchased our 2nd hot tub from Bradley, so so very dissapointed this time,we were offered a choice of cover lift, either a model which hinged on brackets placed on the side of the tub or a model which had brackets placed under the rear of the tub, we chose the later, on delivery we were told that we could not have the one that we chose as it would mean Lux tubs would have to buy 8 at one time so had to settle for the alternative one, the installer showed us exactly how to fit this, however once installed it was clear that it was not suitable for our tub, having contacted Bradley on numerous occasions he has failed to answer or help with our problems, we now have a hot tub with screw holes all along the sides in the wrong places. Also there are lights that do not work and the filters do not fit into this tub they are too big and keep popping out, such a shame as our first experience with this company was so different, as the owners of holiday cottages we were planning on buying more for the other cottages, however we will avoid this, company at all cost and would advise others to do the same

Crook Spas Not Tubs

Bought a hot tub from Brad Aitchison at Luxespa Hot Tubs on 31st july 2019. It was delivered on 15th october 2019. From day one it had a fault with the temp display and faulty lights. Tried to contact Brad on facebook afterwards it was read and ignored.All emails read and ignored. Telephone goes direct to voicemail. Nothing. The company advertises a 2 year warranty. Obviously not honoured. Luckily paid via paypal so raised a dispute...which was also ignored thus defaulting in my favour. Many others on Facebook are in the same situation. Some have even paid and have NOT received their hot tubs. Maybe i was one of the luckyish ones. Company gone bust? Maybe..either way avoid avoid avoid.

After 16 weeks of waiting and false promises this company is now no longer responding to e-mails or phone calls. I have instructed my credit card company to begin proceedings to reclaim the money. There are other customers in the same boat. On their official facebook page there were several conversations from unhappy customers. All of which have been removed.

I purchased my new Hot Tub from Luxespa…

I purchased my new Hot Tub from Luxespa in August 2019. It is a 3 Seater MALIA in white.(13 amp model)
it was delivered when they said it would be and by 2 fantastically well knowledgeable guys.
The whole process from purchase to delivery was fantastic and the product is brilliant and used most days..
Cannot fault these guys and will recommend them to anyone who wants a Hot Tub in the future.

I am very disappointed with the after…

I am very disappointed with the after care service with this company, they are very nice and helpful at the start, however how wrong were we !!!!
After we had paid cash , they took our money and ran !!!! we had our tub for 3 weeks and one of the panels came loose had to chase and chase for some feedback and help from them , then they sent a wrong panel to us , obviously knowing this was a wrong panel !!!
We now find yet another panel has came loose, and they are now not answering our emails and its now been 5 months with NO replacement panels.

Would NOT recommend.

Brilliant Company, Great Team

Purchased our Hot Tub from LuxeSpa after finding them online. from initial enquiry through to delivery the service received was fantastic. These guys are busy delivering across the country so sometimes you might have a wait to speak to someone but they always get back to you and are very helpful. We had a few worries with delivery schedule as we rent our property however Bradley kept us in the loop so we could organise the delivery and electrician. We had a rather tricky delivery which many company's would have simply refused but Bradley and the team made light work of a difficult job, more than wiling to assist and really informative about the product and aftercare. Can not recommend these guys enough. Thanks for everything.

Great value, great service.

We have had the hot tub over a year now, great value for money, one problem was the heater failed, but Bradley could not be more helpful, my understanding is that this is really unusual. Still struggling with the wifi module, but I'm sure this will be sorted.

south Coast installation

Very pleased with our new hot tub.

Initial contact was with Brad who answered all our auestions and provided advise.

Delivery was very simple and the boys where again helpful with the setting up procedures and maintenance tips.m

I gave 4 stars as the finishing touches are self help (Fitting the hood lifting mechanism and locks)

Would highly recommend Lux Spa

Miami hot tub purchase and delivery.

The purchase and delivery schedule was organised by the office team with no drama or fuss and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. A not so easy route into my property and the siting was made to look easy by the delivery team. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The tub was sited exactly where I required it to be. My first power on was made the day after delivery and it functioned perfectly. Couldn't be more pleased with the service from the company or the great value product. Recommended without hesitation.
