Had no idea when product would arrive. No documentation of shipment. No ups tracking number. Plus product was grossly misrepresented and misleading. Terribly disappointed with this product. Gross misrepresentation on videos from website. Will never purchase another product from this website again

The communications with your company is poor. I was not happy with your service; and you are still not clear about your shipping process. There was more of a delay than I expected. I suspect you were shipping the product from China and it was coming by ship or something. This was not and is not clear and left me to believe I am being poorly served.

Requested item not ship because of false advertising
I have requested this item not be shipped to me. I have discovered thru other ads for this toy that it is a trick performed with a string and not magnetic. Most reviews say it is difficult for adults to perform the string trick and almost impossible for children. Your ad is miss leading when it shows trick on video.

All in all, despite we cannot cancel the order, you can return the item back and get a refund after you receive the item.
