Bras are extremely small despite being xl size. They are cheap synthetic plastic with no evident support. Not as described or depicted on website. I have never seen bras of such poor quality. No response to emails. Would not recommend and will not be purchasing from this company again.

Ordered three bras which arrived in timely manner. However the quality was poor with lace on front fraying. Side support of the bra was non existent and cup size way too small for 42C. Strange how there was no sizing on the bras or package, suspect all bras are same size whether small, medium, large, xl, xxl and xxxl.
Completed returns form but still waiting for returns address or label. AI bot just keeps telling me request being looked into and will hear in due course. Now been 1 month since return request filed.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Poor quality item that failed to live up to the sales blurb. I purchased a 'LuxeLift Signature Comfort™' on the basis that it was supposed to provide 'full support' but quite frankly, the bra has absolutely no mechanism in its construction to create any support at all, no matter what size you are.
It is apparently made with a cotton-blend 'Breathable Fabric' with 'flexible elastane' but feels like stretchy plastic - again providing no support and smelling like plastic too.
The website claims to offer a 30-day guarantee if the product is not the right fit, with a 'free exchange or full refund — no questions asked' approach...but read the small print. You MIGHT only get a refund after you've paid the cost to return the item to a warehouse in China and they've taken a fee to 'inspect' and re-stock the item. After inspection, LuxeLift will notify the buyer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

Bought 3 items for an offer price. Tried one out-sizing was incorrect so I contacted by email and filled out a return form. No response from the returns department. I then sent Grace an email as she’d been in touch to inform me of a delay in post. Grace is quick to reply, and keep reassuring me that she has flagged my return as a priority. I merely want a return label so I can post this stuff back. I have told them I will be in touch with my bank to get a refund and it seems this bunch have no desire to issue a returns label much less a refund. They had offered me 30% off if I kept this and bought a different size! How about refund this lot first before I even consider spending more. AVOID at all costs! Initially thought this was a UK company but it’s actually Chinese from China!

Terrible customer service. They say you get your money back but you dont - the returns detail never comes through even when customer services say it will. Leaving it to my bank to fight.

Received very slowly. Bras didn't fit. Made contact via email. Fobbed off continually. Return approved. Still waiting after 11 days for return label.
UPDATE. I have sent 49 emails in total asking for a return address. I've been told on multiple occasions that the team will send the address details in 'a couple of hours'. I've now been waiting almost 3 weeks, and still nothing. I can't find any contact details other than the one useless contact email, which is getting me nowhere. DO NOT use this company; they are crooks.

This company are a scam and have fake TrustPilot reviews on their website to lure you into a false sense of security. If you are leaving a review here then please also report them to TrustPilot for fake reviews so something gets done about them.
I asked for an exchange nearly a month ago and I am still waiting. I got annoyed and then asked for a refund instead. The same thing has happened. You get emails from 'Grace' (appears to be a bot as others have suggested) but nothing happens beyond that. One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!!!

Worst experience with this LuxeLift. I received item that I was utterly unhappy with, contacted them on how to return, the only response I kept getting is that someone will review and reach back on next steps, nothing happened after that even after many chasers. Worst company, pathetic customer service and I am totally convinced some bot is responding to emails thats it.

Uodate: I have raised payment dispute on my bank side on the basis that this company is not letting mereturn.

I emailed Grace again may 20 more times she asked me send photos again said I do not to do anything somebody will contact me. She did same way to other people. Why let her cheating on people and nobody do something to her in the UK? I will continue to challenge her until I get my refund.

Bought the 3 pack in the size recommend. I am a 38c and bought L. The bras are soft and comfortable but made of a very thin nylon. The bra rides up and exposes the lower part of my boob's and you can see the poppers down the front through your top. Don't recommend

Really upset. Useless bras. Bought as front fastening for after an op. Cheap, thin, flimsy material which provides no support at all. They had an offer if you bought 3 bras. All 3 are badly cut, uneven, unseamed edges which will fray. They've done the usual thing for bigger sizes, of widening the bra but not increasing the drop-down length so it only just reaches the bottom of the breast. Like others I waited a long time - didn't realise this was being sent from China. Therefore it'll probably cost more to return it than it's worth. Don't know where the 100's of positive Trustpilot reviews, showing on their website, are from, as there's only 5, all negative, on the genuine Trustpilot here. Funny enough their website is Luxelift and Trustpilot name is Luxeliftshop so you can't find the genuine reviews until later when you have bought the product. Fake and unscrupulous loss of £30+ . Don't waste your money. To the company - if you're reading this, you know what you're doing misleading customers and providing fake reviews. You need to stop. I'd like a refund.

I am sad to read these reviews, but sadly have found them to be consistent with my experience.
I waited 20 days for my parcel, which only arrived after I chased it.
I took one bra out of the pack of 3 - I have to say, lovely quality fabric and nice looking, but found the fastening on the front was too difficult to open with arthritic hands. I eventually opened on of the poppers then struggled to get it clipped back up.
I emailed customer services - I think 'Grace' is the name given to anyone who replies since I have emailed 20 times since and always had 'Grace' put at the bottom of the email.
I filled in a returns form as requested, including photographs..... and waited and waited. Several times I have asked where I can send them back to for the promised refund - but every time 'Grace' replied I was told that someone from returns would be back to me when they have looked at the return! This has now been going on for 4 weeks.
My last 2 emails have said the matter was being escalated - really? And every email says no need to contact them again as someone would be in touch.
Sadly, I have little faith that this will ever happen.
I note on their advertising that they quote Trustpilot reviews 4.9.... where are they? You simply can't find them so think they may be fake.
I don't like to give negative reviews, much preferring to be constructive to both the company and potential buyer, but I'm afraid I am struggling with coming up with anything positive about my experience.

Do not engage with this company. They are deceitful and thieving, they have no intention of fulfilling your order and are only interested in taking your money.

I cannot stress enough how bad this company is.
The purchase I made was not suitable and have made more than a dozen attempts via emails to obtain a returns label for a refund but have had zero response. The telephone number is fake so cannot contact that way.
My order was also doubled without my knowledge and I was charged for this.
I would give zero stars if I could. Please heed my warning. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
