Unfair pricing
A bit upset , been a loyal customer since day one !! Supported luxe collective from the beginning, l sold a necklace recently that I originally bought from them ,l paid £375 , they offered me £170 only to resell for £395 .. a mark up of £230 !!just upset that I didn’t get a better price !!

Also, they do identification ,and then your item is for sale at their website with professional photos. It took awhile to sell my item, but it was sold . nightmare returns
loved the item i bought, but get very little help with returning them, cost me £20 to have it sent back insured and had to write the confusing return address on scrap paper, not the most professional experience

At present returning an item to us is at the customers cost and all liability until the parcel arrives at the HQ.This means that we do not provide any pre-paid shipping labels, and address your return is your responsibility.
