What a load of garbage . Poor quality there is nothing lux about it . Why do these people get away with it .

Terrible scam- misleading photos and descriptions; long wait for poorly packaged cheap clothing and then threats from the company that it will cost more to return the items to China than I paid in the first place. The website should be shut down and company reported to the CMA for deliberately tricking consumers.

Very poor quality. Not anywhere near as in the pictures !!

I don't even want to put 1 star...total scam, gutted I fell for it. The cheapest, gross material I've ever come across. Asked for a refund, they have said I can have 20%...now in an argument with AI BOTs probably. No labels, cheap, cheap cheap. No boutique closing, it's all lies do not buy!!!!

Avoid this CHINESE company. The clothes are cheap and the return address is in china, not London as they falsely advertise.

AWFUL and a complete SCAM! Also wished I had read the reviews. Don’t buy! Terrible material and doesn’t even have a label to state what material it is made off, where it’s been made or how to care for it. The CHEAPEST of the cheap and the worst is that you feel you just supported a corrupt business which probably makes money off the most vulnerable workers. DO NOT BUY! STORY AND PRODUCTS ARE FAKE!

This company is fake, it is not a luxe retail shop in London, the clothes are shipped from China. The quality is truly terrible. They are £5 dresses you would find on a market stool. They have offered me 20% refund which is a joke as I spent £90 with them. Please DO NOT BUY from this shop.

Oh dear...I wish I had read the reviews....its a con. Poor Poor quality clothing from a sweatshop in China. Waited five weeks for delivery spent £89 for £2 worth of clothing. Contacted them and they have offered me 30% back. I said I want 100% back. So you can send back to China at your cost and the want it tracked. They also say you will have to pay chinese tax when it gets to China and with the bit of shrapnel that's left they will reimburse but it might be quite a while ???? So beware ladies and gentlemen ..I fell for this one which is very unlike me...they are not a high end London shop they are thieves to say the least selling inferior quality rags. They do not care...if I accept the 30% back the are still earning a big amount out of the clothes so it's a win win situation for them.

Waited over 2 weeks and the dress is not even in the UK. I thought they were in London and that's why I ordered. Told them to cancel the order and they said don't worry its on it's way. Its getting sent back as soon as it hits my doorstep and I have contacted my bank to get the money paid back.

This company also trades under Gray clothing do not trust them. Everything comes from China not a family run London business my products never came and they wouldn’t refund I had to get my credit card company to sought out. Have tried to get instagram to take them off their site but they will not. DO NOT YOUCH THEM.

Completely untrustworthy ! Ordered 2 dresses after 5 week wait they are nothing of what i’ve ordered and extremely poor quality
It appears i cannot return as you cannot contact this FAKE COMPANY ! Very disgruntled absolutely got ripped off BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM

The clothes do arrive but they are of the lowest quality! Don’t be fooled by thinking you’re getting a bargain as advertised. The dress I bought is made from horrid fabric. Better to get cheap bits from H&M than from here. Friends who also bought items are seeking a refund and are finding the whole process arduous and likely won’t even get half back from what they spent.

Fake story about having to sell the London based company, clothes come from China and are appalling quality, look nothing like the photos and are dreadful they make it virtually impossible to return and get a refund despite their promise of a 30 day money back guarantee. Using a fake story of a death to scam people out of money is just immoral. All the 5 star reviews are fake, do not buy from them

Sadly I got sucked in and scammed as well. These reviews praising them must be fake. They are not based in London, are not closing down due to a death and will steal your money. Do not buy. I wish I'd found this out before purchasing.

Fake story - I ordered some jeans that took a few week to arrive (so I guess they are not based in London). Jeans are really poor quality I gave them to the charity shop.

Luxe & Luna London fake company, fake photos & wicked story on their website that there has been a tragic death in the business partnership therefore needing to sell the company!! If you look up address they are again supposedly shipping from Australia. If you purchase you discover goods are shipped from China. Total scammers DO NOT BUY from this company!
The quality of the clothes are awful, the fit is dreadful & they make it near impossible to return the items for refunds, claiming you’ll get charged taxes when returning to China!!!
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
