I have just turned 50 and have been using lux cove facial massager for 3-4 months now and I absolutely love it! I was a little sceptical at first and it does take a few weeks to notice a difference but I can definitely say it has improved my sagging neck, jowels and skin tone. I use it for about 8mins probably 5 days out of 7 and it has really helped my skin glow, my pores have become much less obvious, has reduced the appearance of fine lines & just tightened/sculpted. Even my daughters and partner (& hairdresser!) commented that they'd noticed a difference!! I was originally just using the red light for collagen/fine lines but I've now started using the green to see if it reduced my rosacea on my cheeks & forehead & it has most definitely improved - so much so that I'm much more confident leaving the house with no colour corrector/makeup.
Downsides are that it does take longer to charge than advertised and it doesn't have a low battery indicator so will just stop halfway through which is a little irritating but they're just minor annoyances when I look at the overall benefits.
If product developers are reading this - a low battery indicator would be very beneficial in future launches!
It did take a little while to arrive but was worth the wait.

Customer service hit and miss and now don’t answer emails.
Very disappointing.

Great product

Unfortunately the face sculptor does not do what it says on the tin. I have been using for 3 weeks now and cannot notice any change whatsoever. Whilst I realise this is not an electronic face lift I did hold out some hope for it. Please do not waste your money

Claims to last an hour after a full charge. Nonsense, it lasts precisely 4 minutes 3 seconds!! Contacted Lux Cove who said to send a video! Seriously how do you video no charge ?? I did send pics of time on and off charge but video won’t send as too large, which I am aware they have been told before yet still request it. Dreadful customer service in my opinion and product claims do not meet trading standards. I am awaiting yet another reply after sending them info. I’ll never know if the product is any good or not because doesn’t last long enough!! AVOID!

Lathers really well and sponge feels good on the skin the fragrance is a nice citronella I'm currently using it in Thailand but there's hardly any mosquito s so not sure if it's making a difference or not but it's a lovely sponge to use in the shower anyway

Ordered the Lux cove after reading all the info and reviews numerous times and thought I’d try it and hope it worked for me. Have been using it for about two weeks now everyday but can’t see any improvement as yet. Have been a bit confused with which light to use for what but still trying with it.
Will keep trying it and fingers crossed I’ll see some improvement soon.

Easy payment and quick delivery. Product arrived in very good condition. I have not used for long so I can’t really make an accurate review, however my skin feels lovely and smooth after using. Hopefully with more use will achieve better results

It took quite a long time to arrive but I’m really enjoying it so far. I have only been using it for 4 days so far so can’t comment on results as yet

Doesn’t work, contacted via email and socials and no one has come back to me. What a total waste of money!!!

I ordered a hand held red light sculptor, which should of arrived today, however royal mail have decided they cannot deliver it, and sent it back to the sender. I have tried to contact the sender with emails, but get no reply, so i have paid them £39.99 to not be able to have a way of getting my money back or to have the item i paid for. A very poor service.
