Great value and support
I bought a Zeppelin watch from these folks because they were the cheapest online. Watch was fine and arrived on time.
However, I noticed a problem with the clasp -- it wouldn't fully close. I emailed them. I thought that I might have trouble with these guys.
They promptly sent an email with a prepaid UPS label. I returned the watch and they returned it repaired in a few days. Sweet.
