Excellent service from Zen Curtains. Adam and Damon installed new drapes in our laundry and did an outstanding job. They were very professional, courteous, and took care to protect the area by laying down coverings before starting. The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent. Highly recommended

All staff very professional. Blinds arrived on time and installer was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Very easy experience.

Carolyn listened to my ideas, took note of my colour scheme and really helped me choose colours and textures to create the look I hoped for.
When I asked for a sample of fabric to help match paint, one of the women brought the samples to my home at the end of her shift !

Carolyn has been so helpful in getting our shiutters and curtains done for my Mum's new villa , they are being installed on the 15th December and we can't wait to see them hanging at the windows , much appreicated and we know we will get a great outcome

Picking curtain material (colour and texture) is a challenge and not something that I do on a frequent basis, but having Caroline's guidance was so helpful. We also selected the blind type and colour. The overall finished product, including installation, is sensational, and I'm beyond thrilled with how it enhances and warms the look of my room. The delivery timeframe was also exactly as advised from the beginning. In the New Year, I'm considering replacing my bedroom window dressings, and I won't hesitate to use Zen Blinds Chermside again.

Loved the service and help in the selection process. There were delays in the order and some items became unavailable - however, Carolyn went out of her way to come to our house with options for replacements and was able to get the order fast tracked.

Beautiful curtains and blinds
I had the wonderful Carolyn come out for a free measure and quote and assisted me with choosing the type and positioning of the curtains and blinds, she also provided a few different options and quotes. We also have been able to stage out the installation, coinciding with other projects we are doing. It has made such a difference to our house.

We had a wonderful experience dealing with Zen C hermside. Carolyn, Christine and Jeremy were extremely professional, and customer focused at every stage of the journey in helping us to select curtains and roller blinds. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Carolyn saw to it that our curtains were organized and hanging ready for our 60th birthday celebrations at very short notice. Thank you to all much appreciated. I would highly recommend this business to anyone wanting a beautiful product in an easy and relaxed transaction.

Zen blinds were fantastic to deal with. Great showroom with the Luxaflex range on display. We absolutely love our new Luxaflex blinds they fit and function flawlessly and have added class to an otherwise dull room. Hardest part of the process was choosing one option from the extensive range.

They responded promptly and arrived on time for both measuring and installation. Very professional and approaching.
They explained the wait time as it was over the Christmas Bew Year Period and the time they said blinds would be ready was spot on.
Installation done well and area left clean an tidy.

I've bought curtains and three different types of blinds. They are look great and function beautifully. The in-home advice and options presented were very helpful. I felt daunted by needing to make big decisions where what I chose would be seen everyday. The results have been ideal.

From in-store, measuring and installing of blinds and curtains we had no issues with service and friendliness of staff. The blinds and curtains we chose are exactly what we wanted and the whole experience was stress free which these days is hard to find. We recommend to anyone the staff at Zen Blinds, the installer and the products which have made a beautiful space for us.

The team in the shop were very helpful with choosing the right fitting for the window and spent quite a bit of time with me. When the blinds were installed there was some damage to the blinds but the team ordered new ones and installed and fix with no issues. Happy!

I had a fabulous experience right from selecting my curtains to having them hung. The curtains look amazing. Carolyn, John and Jordan made the experience flow from beginning to end without any issues at all. I would recommend Zen Blinds Chermside and already have.

I love my new automated roller blinds! I chose battery operated, and Zen Blinds were the only ones who offered to install them near the floor where I can reach them instead of mounted at the top where a ladder would be needed. The installer hid the cables so well, and his attention to detail during the installation meant each blind was just perfect. He even sealed up the existing pelmets to make them look nicer. I love that the blinds will be so easy to maintain with the battery mounted in an accessible place.
