Poor quality

Took along time to receive my phone case! Used for 3 months the holes where the strap clips on have broken, therefore the strap is unusable now. Contacted LuxCase by chat also sending picture and simply got a reply of nothing they can do as warrantee runs out from one month, here’s 10% discount for future orders! It took over a month to receive the item and I certainly won’t order anything else as the item broke so future items will be the same!

Support responded slowly. The money was refunded because the order was not delivered within the specified time.

They send wrong case. Very bad customer service even bother to answer. First and last time I use this webshop💪

Lux Case offers a wide range of products, but there are some areas for improvement. While some customers have experienced delays and communication issues, their product selection is commendable, and they work to address certain concerns. However, enhancing delivery speed and customer service would greatly boost customer satisfaction. Overall, Lux Case has potential, but refining these aspects is crucial to gain full customer confidence.

They did never send the item what I had paid over 12 Euro for and refund they give only 7 € Do not order anything from this company

As this unfortunately happened, we did issue you a full refund, not a partial one. They send the wrong item

They sent the wrong item, and refuse to do anything at all. There was wrong info under the product data. The seller edited the product info later. And the return is to be paid by the customer. So this is really interesting way of trading, not recommended at all, buy from somewhere else. And as can be seen from their reply, everything is the fault of the customer, always. Total FRAUD stay away from this horrible company! Complaint sent to credit card company and many other instances. STAY AWAY FROM THIS. Supposedly this was a Finnish business but it's not. Fraud. Phone number didn't even work in May 2023. And there wasn't any Finnish customer service available, although the site gave a different impression first. So overall, very negative experience.

As we explained in our email, you've ordered for a different model than the one you have. You ordered for a Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), but according to your information, you have Galaxy Tab A 9.7.
These are regrettably different models and we do not advertise the product to fit both.

We have given your instructions on how to return it for a refund or exchange, and you're more than welcome to do so. The information on how to do so is also available on our site and knowledge base.

We're a European company with base in Sweden, which is stated under the company information on the link on the landing page on the website - we do however, have a return address in Finland for your convenience.

Our phone number on the site works, our opening hours are business days between 09:00-13:00.
