DO NOT ORDER, I filed a payment dispute with my bank and it sounds like this company is on a consumer watch list and as of right now, lawyers are gathering complaints so call your bank and file a dispute, it only took me five minutes to do over the phone. Please call your bank or credit card company, I am begging you to as they must be put out of business.

This company is a joke, these items are so cheap and not even wearable. I tried to contact them online and their verification codes don't even work. Obviously they don't want you to return so they make it very difficult. I can't even locate a phone number for them. They should be put out of business for bad quality.

Perhaps it is my fault, but I did not realize when on the website that the company was not in the UK, making returns very expensive. The prices charged are for good quality items, but the fabrics and finish are very cheap. It cost a lot of money to return them. Luvyle denied receiving them and refused a refund.

I too am a victim of these scammers. My order finally arrived after almost three weeks of waiting and it is completely different in style, color and texture from the picture online. It is a cheap nylon top that looks nothing like the item I ordered. Shame on you!! Please DON’T order from this site... it should be shut down. AND Luvyle don’t bother to reply with your fake canned response!!

Update to Luvyle.....
you are a total sham....I sent back my order to you at a cost of £12.00 3 months ago. No refund, nothing. I even have proof of postage. So not only did I waste £60 on a pile of rags, you’ve got them back...probably sold them to some other poor soul, stolen £60 from me by not refunding me and another £12.00 spent returning to you.
Apparently trust pilot is on your side and have removed a lot of negative feed back.
Trust pilot....you need to listen to customers...this is not fake feedback...this is to ensure company’s like this do not rip any one else off. What a racket this website is.
We work hard for our money and do not appreciate being ripped off!

I would like to give LESS than one star...if that was possible. I have contacted this Luvyle everyday for the past week. At first, I received no response. Next, I started getting requests for things like the SKEU#, & and then a request for a picture of the item. Then , it would start again...same requests...like a "stalling tactic". I just kept saying I wanted to return the item (which was an extremely poor quality) and requesting a return address. The return address has NEVER been given, instead they are sending me the same (inferior) item again. Another charge??? This company is a major scam.Do what I should have done and STAY AWAY!!!

I hope whoever is reading this will take my advice. Please, please don't deal with this company, you will be throwing your hard earned dollars away. I recently ordered 3 tops from Luvyle and not only did it take almost 2 months to receive the product. It is the poorest quality of any garments I've ever encountered. They don't stand behind their poor quality product and workmanship. They make it impossible to accept any returns, they demand it be returned at your cost to China, estimated cost to return items by Post Office upwards of $175.00. Their online ads make the product look fabulous but don't be fooled by them. From the time of receipt of items, I contacted them to provide a return address in order that I could return items for a full refund. With constant persistence I finally received the return address, which is in China. I also discovered the given address is in a labor factory environment in China. I paid $106.00 for 3 items and have no recourse but to now realize this company is not truthful with its customer base. They did not accept my reason for returns, even though I indicated wrong size, poor workmanship and flimsy fabric. They requested photos of items to be returned and repeatedly kept asking for photos. I requested their address at least a dozen times before they finally provided me with the info.

Distaster ! Notz trustworthy!
After trying now since nearly a full year - bought goods beginning of 2019 - to return the goods and have my money retransferred - i am still with the parcel here with the dresses - trying to send them back. I sent it back to a german address which was given on the parcel - it was returned because acceptance was denied - now i am trying to get a correct address from Kim - nothing - I did wait the entire year before putting a comment here - to give the company a chance to fulfill their duties - but until today nothing! The dresses were absolutely minor quality and did not fit.
Please everybody make sure you do not buy with Luvyle - first they give the impression of a competent client service but then after a while you notice that it is all not correct. They have asked me several times to close the file whith Paypal - which i did - but even this did not help. Paypal recommended to take a lawyer to get the money returned.

Shocking company. Be warned stay away. No refunds, no correct sizing, workmanship is well below standard. Nothing fits. Communication is deliberately confusing. They do not accept critism and do not back up of goods. Garments do not represent their advertising at all. Very very sorry I believed in their company’s publicity. Be alert and do not venture into their website. You will regret this.

What an absolute sham this company is!!!!!After seeing clothes advertised I ordered from them stupidly not reading the reviews.When they eventually arrived they are horrible and not anything like the pictures plus the sizing is completely wrong and so so so small I couldnt even try the vile things on.I am now trying to get refunded but judging by others it doesnt look likely they wont even send a return address.I will take rhis matter further but how are they allowed to carry on???????Surely Fair Trading should be stepping in??????Please do NOT buy from this SHAM company you wont get what you think youve ordered.I was loathe to give one star but had too!

If anyone has trouble getting a refund from Luvyle contact your bank. Santander got a friend refunded in full nearly 4 months after receiving and returning shabby goods!

I cannot believe this site is still up!! I ordered from them last year. It was horrible clothes, cheap quality, horrible service, do not buy anything from this site. It’s a total scam!! Didn’t get my money back either.

Cheap Chinese crappy clothing. comes in a plastic pouch like you bought it on the streets of Beijing. wear it once and throw away. Oh yeah, takes 3 weeks to receive it by snail mail

Dreadful products and dreadful customer service, who constantly ask the same questions and reason for wishing to return the substandard quality goods that do not resemble anything like the advertised product. My experience is exactly the same as the previous reviews and wish to save anyone else the time and money by advising you NOT TO BUY OFF THIS COMPANY.

Do not I repeat do not buy anything from this company. I ordered three items ...only two arrived that were poor quality and very small sizes. The third item was not delivered and after exhaustive emails I have received no response. Customer service is nonexistent and all I have been left is out of pocket. I wish I had reviewed them prior to ordering I hope potential customers will review them and save their time and money.

This website is absolutely lying about everything they do. All the items are NOT exactly what is showed in pictures. DO NOT buy anything from here, you will be so disappointed and don’t even get me started on the return. They are non existent when you want to return.

Do not order from this company,they are criminals.The items came late and the quality was very very bad, there was also no return address. When I asked for the return address, I was asked to take pictures of the items. I took the pictures and sent it. In return I was asked to take more pictures of the items hanging on hangers and close up from every angle possible. They are crooks and it will soon catch up with them.

Thus stuff is GARBAGE. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!! It’s cheap Chines con artist quality with sizes that are not as described. Difficult to return, furthermore returning would cost more than it’s worth. Nice scam they have going. About the 4th time that I fell for these cheap Chinese items. They look beautifully made in the catalog pictures.

I bought the alleged Woolen hooded coat. It was cheap and nasty polyester with thin naff grey polyester lining. Way too small. It cost more to return than item. Nightmare to try to return.
BUYER BEWARE. I won't be buying anything from China again.
