I requested to cancel my subscription…
I requested to cancel my subscription multiple times, but I continued to be charged anyway. Support did not resolve the issue promptly, which was very frustrating. I’m still waiting for a proper confirmation of cancellation and a refund for charges taken after my cancellation request.

Hands down my worst mistake. This company doesn’t respond to any emails despite sending random numbers throughout odd hours of the night. They hide a subscription in the initial discounted ‘deal’ and charge despite multiple requests for clarity and cancellation. The order never even arrived and they charged for another. I’ve yet to hear back after two weeks of emails.
