Ridiculous pricing for HORRIBLE hair. Good customer service.

I bought the luvme 26,28,30 bundles and an additional 30” bundle and this hair quality is TRASH! It gets badly tangled, I’m not even able to run my fingers through it, even with product. I’m so upset! This hair was supposed to last for at least two years, not at this rate. I will never ever buy from here again and I will tell everyone I know.

I love my wig

I love my wig. I didn't have to wait a long time for it to be delivered. This is the only place I will buy my wigs from.

Love their wigs!

I really have had good luck with the wigs I order from here, and I’ve ordered plenty! The hair is good quality, and I am able to wear the glueless wigs right out of the box. Luvme is my go-to!

The Length in the Picture is not the Wig I received

Inconsistencies in color And Length compared to photos . Then they had me pay more money, just to get the same results. I want a REFUND their issues with shedding.
Poor customer service on returns and getting 😢 the run around.
I sent the wig back and sent a Picture of the wig I wanted. I was told know Problem send us an additional $22 and tthe wig. We will send you the Correct Replacement.

I did whst they asked and had to wait 3weeks for them to inspect the wig and send out the WRONG Replacemrnt even though I Sent pictures of the Wig I Wanted. I have over 10 Emails I can Attach.

Horrendous Wig From Luv Me Hair!

Horrendous Wig From Luv Me Hair!
I would post pictures if TP allowed, you have to see it to believe it!

I purchased what appeared to be a beautiful blonde bob wig, very popular and heavily advertised. Having purchased from luvme before, I was horrified when the wig came with multiple exposed lumps and tracks hanging off the lace. I NEVER expected to receive such a horrendous wig from LuvMe. When I tried to get the wig replaced, customer service took three days to follow up with me and that was only because I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau bureau. Awful wig and customer service.

Beware! LuvMe will strike when you least expect it.

After seeing LuvMe’s dishonest reply - let me reply: Your organization DID NOT reply within 24 hours. I sent a message through the customer service Live Chat and emails. You delivered a horrendous product and provided horrible cuatoner service. Stop the excuses and Do Better!
