It was Tim, a customer service rep with whom I had the most helpful, informative, and quickest replies to my questions. He was so on top of his game!! He set a precedent for what superior service is!! He deserves a raise!! Because of him, I will remain a loyal customer of Luvele for ages!!

Great quality products and exceptional after-sales service. The Eclipse Meat Grinder is a true workhorse and I use the Deluxe Pro Vacuum Sealer on a semi industrial level. The staff are always friendly and speedy in delivering parts and consumables.

Loving my new yoghurt maker! I was a little ambitious in my first ever batch but Joe gave me heaps of tips and guidance and second batch turned out a breeze! Perfect!

We are trying to use less plastic and waste less food and these containers are great for both. Fruit and veggies stay fresh for ages with the vacuum seal. We have 10 in total now. We use the 750ml ones for saving left overs and the 2.5l ones for storing fruit and veggies in the fridge. Really happy with them

I LOVE this dehydrator. Having grown up in South Africa biltong is a food group of its own but tying to air dry it in Texas heat can be difficult. Made my first batch this weekend and it came out great. Would recommend getting a couple extra trays for additional height if you want to do longer/bigger pieces.

Machine had an issue after a couple of years emailed customer support was contacted back within an hour with parts required and instructions how to fit paid for part delivered within 4 days great support service.

We absolutely LOVE this yogurt maker! It has a very pleasing design and is compact, so it does not take up lots of counter space. We are cranking out batches of l. reuteri, l. gasseri, and a blend from Donna Schwenk called Yogurt plus ( Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Plantarum, and L. delbrueckii subspecies bulgaricus, with the addition of L reuteri). We also really appreciate being able to let the yogurt maker run for 36 hours which is needed for these organisms). We also ordered an extra 2 liter jar so we can have one to store yogurt, and one for use in the yogurt maker. Another big bonus is the company, itself. They immediately shipped out our yogurt maker, so we received it in no time, and the customer service is also really excellent. I give customer service and their shipping all 5 stars. This is a great company and they have a great yogurt maker that we've got running almost continually.

I was diagnosed with Hydrogen SIBO. After reading the book "The Microbiome Connection" by Dr. Mark Pimentel & Dr. Ali Rezaie which talked about making homemade yogurt which can help with gut healing properties. I purchase the Luvele Pure Plus Yogurt Maker. This product is absolutely perfect and super easy to use. I made my first batch of L.Reteri yogurt and it came on perfect! I honestly feel that this strain of yogurt really helped in healing my SIBO. I chose not to take any antibotics and treat my SIBO through healthly eating habits and supplements. I can't sing enough the praises of this yogurt maker, Luvele really has the best products on the market. I have 2 yogurt makers, it's so fun to explore new recipes and share with my friends and family!

I love the Luvele products! We purchased our Deluxe PRO Vacuum Sealer in November 2020 and to date we have had only one issue with it which the Customer Service guys were able to sort out without any fuss or hassle.
We also have the Eclipse Meat Grinder/Mincer which we purchased in May 2021 and when that had a fault the guys were quick to sort us out (even with this item being out of warranty)
I could not recommend these products enough or the customer service.

This was a wonderful investment and I just love it! My yogurt is delicious and I love that I can make it the way "I" like it! It is a very well made product, kudos to your team Luvele! Funny, my friends want to borrow it and I don't want it to leave my kitchen. I just offer to make it for them because I know once they get their hands on it, they won't want to return it! 😉

I love the glass container, the possibility of making large batches, the design, the precision: now, my yogurt is always good and exactly as I like it. I use it 3 times a week because my family loves yogurt. The costumer service is great, always responds my questions quickly. I could't be happier!

We are Luvele enthusiasts in our household. Their products are top quality, and perform brilliantly. We use the Luvele Vibe Blender at least once a day, and it processes smooth nut butters, sauces and smoothies with ease. I love the fact that it is stainless steel and so I can use it to blend hot ingredients with no worries. I also own the Luvele Vacuum Containers which definitely prolong the life of fruits, and I like that they are plastic free and can be used in the fridge/freezer. Whenever I’ve contacted with a query, Tim has been extremely helpful, friendly and quick to respond.

I purchased my first set of vacuum containers almost a year ago and can say that they are one of the most useful additions to my kitchen.
Not only do they keep foods fresh for a significantly longer period of time, but texture and flavor is maintained.
Perfect for meal prep, large batches, and even leftovers.
The construction is solid, design is elegant, and they are easy to clean.
I use the containers every day, and place anything that I possibly can into them.
They pay for themselves endlessly. Food waste is nearly nonexistent nowadays.
I highly recommend starting out with the four piece set and going from there. This way you can see which sizes best fit your needs.

One other item I ordered from Luvele is the food dehydrator.
Another win. Sleek design, easy to clean, efficient, and moderate noise level.
I especially enjoy the versatility in regards to adding larger items without having to slice anything.

I have to point out that the customer service is marvelous. Responsive, professional, and zero fuss if any issues arise.

I look forward to seeing what Luvele releases in the future, and hope someday to have the opportunity to try the vibe blender with the stainless steel pitcher.

My issue was resolved within two days so I am happy with my Luvele yogurt maker now. You must set temperature and time before hitting the confirm button.
I waited three weeks for my Luvele 36hrs yogurt maker to arrive. The first time I used it the temperature and timer worked. The second time I used it the temperature gauge worked but I could not adjust the timer off the starting 8hr time??? I am very disappointed because I bought this one specifically because it had the ability to ferment for 36hrs. I wrote to the company by email and still have not heard back from them in over a week.

The products are exceptional. I don't know any other vacuum seal plastic-free container set on the market. I'm so appreciative of Luvele for seeing a need for plastic-free food containers, and the vacuum sealing of the containers is brilliant. It keeps my foods fresh for significantly longer periods of time.

I am also a proud owner of Luvele's yogurt makers, one with their ceramic containers and the other with their glass container. Again, plastic-free food containers! The yogurt makers are well constructed and work reliably and consistently. (I make yogurt three times a week.)

Lastly, Luvele's customer service is superb. Joe reached out to me after my first purchase to ask for my feedback, good or bad, and Tim has responded to a few of my product and purchase inquiries. The fact that I know them on a first-name basis is rare in this day and age of auto-generated replies and transactions. I'm pleasantly surprised at the personal service.

I bought the Luvele Vacuum sealer it arrived very quickly, was well packaged and works a treat I love it.
I have bought 3 appliances from Luvele and they never disappoint.

Customer Service helped me fix the gasket in the lid by sending me a link with helpful information. They responded quickly, the information was exactly what I needed, and I appreciate that they paid attention to my problem while helping me solve it myself.

Awesome business and staff. They were kind enough to send me a replacement lid for a container without any charge and were so friendly to deal with. Awesome customer service! Containers are great too which is why I replaced the lid so I didn’t have to get rid of my favourite container!!
