Listened to what I needed, was incredibly fast - very satisfied!

Derek from support once again showed how impressive the support provided by Luvansh is. I needed to change an order as a result of my own mistake, which they had no obligation to correct, but his timely, and personalized response meant I could continue to have complete confidence in this company and their business practices.

I have previously purchased a necklace and earrings, they’re beautiful. I just purchase another pair of earrings and changed my mind a few days later. I called hoping to cancel, the rep Tyler was great…no questions asked. I had a credit to my original payment in ten minutes.
My daughter in law had recommended Luvansh, I’m glad she did. I will continue to buy from them, I know that I will receive great quality items and terrific service.

Luvansh has good customer service and responds to emails quickly. My 1 carat earrings arrived before the scheduled date. I love them!

I purchased a loose diamond from them, and the shipping was fast, tracking provided through FedEx, and it arrived in perfect condition. The diamond is real, it’s gorgeous, and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be buying from them in the future.

So far I have bought 4 diamonds. Of the 4 I have received 3. One was just ordered yesterday. This company is amazing. My first diamond I took to my local jewelers (i suggest you do the same just get loose diamonds) and it matched the igi. I got an insane price on an ideal diamond that is beautiful. 1.42 carats E VVS2 ideal cut. I can't believe the quality i got for its price. I was leaving the country and needed it shipped out immediately. Customer service sent me an invoice that I paid and immediately shipped it out. Fedex ended up losing the package delaying delivery and Luvansh fought them to get my refund back. I can't say enough good things about them. I can't say much about the cushion cut and pear cut. They were very affordable. Great quality. When I get back to the states I'll have them evaluated to match the igi. This is no scam. Just be selective when sourcing the diamond. Use chat gpt, diamdb.com, and diamond cut calculators. Search the igi numbers if there is no video. You can sometimes find them on other sites then come back to buy it. Im planning to buy another diamond Wednesday. Im just so happy with luvansh.com. they are my go-to company on white diamonds. I wouldn't use anyone else. I was not paid and I didn't receive anything for free. This is my honest review.
