Helaas zijn we in een neerwaartse spiraal terecht gekomen en zijn we tot onze spijt niet meer in staat om de bedrijfsactiviteiten voort te zetten. I placed an order for a :wandrek ( Dutch) :at 19 Dec , paid directly via Ideal.
But never received the package. I send an email JAn 4 as a reminder. They replied that the package was send to the distribution center . Further I got no response on my other mails . I did send 2 reminders no response

We vinden het erg vervelend om te lezen dat je het gevoel hebt gekregen dat je bent opgelicht.
Echter willen we je op het hart drukken dat er géén sprake is van oplichting. Er is in december/begin januari enige achterstand ontstaan met het verwerken van bestellingen en terugbetalingen. Hierdoor hebben we je situatie nòg niet kunnen oplossen.
We hebben je inmiddels een bericht gestuurd en zullen jouw situatie tot een goed einde brengen.

In the end we received our money back
In the meantime we received our money back, so I changed the first negative Review. It seems they are overwhelmed with all the Orders and had some articles in back order. However, it was hard to contact them but in the end we were able to get in contact with the owner as we received his phone number via molly. Money was reimbursed within two working days.

DO NOT ORDER…
They sent a mail asking for a review so here it is.
They were slow to respond, didn't listen when i tried to cancel my order. Shipped it to the wrong address, and the product is missing pieces.
The legal address is a po box or single office and another business with our Famous "Guusje" went under after taking money from customers and never sending the item.
I got my product, sure, bit i do not recommend buying anything from this place.

Is it possible to cancel and order and get refund???
I also read the comments, I ordered a productm and still waiting. It turns to be a long time and I am scareed if this would be a scamming, is there a possibility that I cancel my order and get refund? I understand delays would occur becuase of the covid situation, but I am pretty disapointed about the current service.

Het is zo enorm druk dat we achterlopen met de klantenservice.
Er wordt met man en macht gewerkt om alle bestellingen te verzenden en we doen ons uiterste best om iedereen te woord te staan. Echter is de reactietijd langer dan gewenst.
