No response to issues with coach lites going dim suddenly. Multiple messages sent to marketing & customer service all ignored. Costco will eat return which is unfortunate. Would never buy brand again. Had prior issue with bulb failure and it took 6 calls just to get someone to answer phone then had no idea about product
Stay away from them

Do not order from the lutec website. I had 2 orders cancelled weeks after they were placed. They don’t have a clue what they have in stock or what they are doing. They were big orders. Scam outfit with really really poor customer service. Beware. Great products but don’t deal with the lutec website. Never again. Absolutely the worst customer service and communication.

Purchased a Lutec Motion Detector from Wickes. Found difficulty understanding the supplied instructions for setting up & testing (tiny print in many languages except English!). Spoke to Pippa (Lutec Sales Admin Manager) by phone who I found most helpful and promptly emailed me with a clear 'English' set of instructions. This enabled me to complete the installation successfully. Excellent Customer Service!

I purchased a solar post light in may 2024. It worked fine for 3 months. I noticed it never stayed on very long (2 hours) its supposed to be dusk to dawn. I emailed the company in Dec they told me they would send me a new battery and to be patient. After 2 months went buy i contacted again and i got an email back stating they shipped it out and gave me a tracking number. Well the tracking number was fake when i clicked on it,it said the package was delivered to another state and the date it was delivered was before my original email. I emailed again and they said they wld send me another. And nothing!! So my solar light thats supposed to be dusk to dawn. Comes on for 2 hours a night. The product is crap and the service is even worse. What really gets me is i could of returned it to Amazon but they told me they were going to send me a new battery and my Amazon 6 month return ran out. Don't buy this product it does not work.

GREAT LIGHTING BUT DANGEROUSLY HOT. BEWARE OF WORK LIGHT MODEL 7929104426 IF YOU ARE USING AROUND SMALL CHILDREN, THIS LIGHT WILL BURN ANYONE TOUCHING THE LIGHT, AND KEEP AWAY FROM ANYTHING THAT WILL MELT OR CATCH ON FIRE

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT IN THE UNITED STATES,AND TO RETURN A PRODUCT AFTER 7 DAYS, YOU HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COST AND A RESTOCKING FEE OF 30% OF THE SALE PRICE!!

I've tried 6 times over the last few months to contact them, via their app help section, email address and online contact form about a warranty claim but have never received a reply. Customer service is appalling.

Hi I bought a elera security light from a outlet shop it would not connect to my WiFi ,outlet shop were great but couldn’t fix it so there put me in touch with a chap called Rick from Lutec, what a great company good old fashioned customer service , Rick could not do enough to help me never known patience like it light up and running ,I would like to thank Lutec and especially Rick cheers mate great service p murphy
