The picture quality and the price on…
The picture quality and the price on their site does not match the description of the product. Some of their items looks pretty but when delivered unkept, dirty a lot of grease .
They also don’t responds to their refund and returns on time . They have received the item posted to them and they still have not processed the refund . They don’t respond to emails or their chat . The returned item has been posted back on their website/page for resale and still have not responded to refunds .
It’s a shame on their customers service

Been over a week now with no response…
Been over a week now with no response from them via instagram, whatsapp or email. I sent back 2 orders nearly 2 weeks ago now and I still haven't received my refund!!!
Live chat also doesn't respond, AVOID. I will have to go through the stress of getting the refund through my bank now...

Bought a pair of Valentino trainers…
Bought a pair of Valentino trainers from them after trying on sent them straight back the very next day. Never got my money back!
Tried contacting them through live chat and phone ! No one ever there. They have replied to one of my emails saying they will refund the money within 3-5 working days!!! Well we are way past that still no refund!! Already disputed with my bank! Avoid ! Do not buy from them!

Came across Lusso by chance being let…
Came across Lusso by chance being let down by 3 other companies doing conversions.
I phoned them arranged a visit, meet with Asad Khan a valid team member told him what I wanted it took 1/2 a day to go through everything, gave them my budget and left, Asad sent me progress report every day with photos, 2 weeks later all done and what a transformation, I can’t fault then an absolute class act for others to follow, I’m my opinion they are the best top draw company and all the staff team members, thank you Lusso and in particular Asad.
