The advertisement of product did not fully disclose the membership requirements and additional charges. There was however, prompt response when contacted by email. The additional requirement of survey completion prior to resolution does make it a little hard to give a fully accurate assessment.

This site is a scam. I was fraudulently charged alot of money for an account that was created against my knowledge and when I reached out for a refund and account cancelation, I was given this link and forced to leave a review first and encouraged to leave a positive review. My next step is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the FBI because can not be legal. Even TrustPilot's terms say they dont allow companies to offer payments in exchange for leaving a review and thats exactly what they are forcing me to do here.

Basically there was a ad run on facebook and later the payment went through 02-05-2026

Claire helped expedite the refund for a purchase that was not correct.

I still not received my refund keep sending me letters saying I I'm going to get it but I haven't got it yet let alone you guys took it on false pretenses

I did have a concern on a misinformation and they swiftly helped and resolved my issue!

Refund not given had to change my debit card as this site is a scam and they kept trying to charge my cards

I did not recieve my order. I saw the charge on my credit card. I call and found the order was lost in the mail. Thus I am being reimbursed.

Facebook scam link to their website after card information was entered they say they're resolving it I will update this rating if that is correct and my account is credited. Emily is helping with the issue she seems to care about the costumers
