Well, I was obviously lucky, the delivery came quickly, the pillow smells like absolutely nothing. I have never been delivered a product where you could crawl in with your nose and smell absolutely nothing! I have been sleeping great with this pillow for about 3 months, I love it! My wife was very skeptical at the beginning, the day before yesterday she tried it for the first time. The result: She wants a pillow like this too. I ordered one today, let's see if it works again so super well.

I’ve never had a better pillow than…
I’ve never had a better pillow than this one, ever. It doesn’t flatten out like your usual pillows and the height is best for side sleepers. I’ve been waking up with less headaches now. It’s worth every singe penny. Best quality and am very Happy with this brand.

Delivered a pillow that was defectiv
Delivered a pillow that was defectiv. Informed the support of this issue with pictures, (The pillow newer took the right shape after being vacumed packed during shipping). After multiple emails back and forward they offered me a refound of half the priser of the pillow if I returned it at My own expence, (which would cost me more then the refound), if the pillow was in good shape and this talking about a DEFECTIVE product! after som more mails being sent back and forwards they promised to send me a replacement product. One month later thay fint respons to emails sand I have not recieved a new pillow. NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY! AVOID!!
