Do Not Expect Product to Be As Advertised OR to Receive a Refund
I ordered a costume mask that, by photo, video and word on the Lusail Store website indicated it looked realistic. However, when it arrived, it did not look realistic at all. I reviewed the refund policy and followed the instructions well within the allotted 30 days. They came back to me first for more information, then for a new copy of my receipt, then for photos, and so on. Each email response took a few days, dragging this process out for weeks. Finally they offered me a "partial refund" without letting me know how much, just that they would be returning it to my credit card once my refund "application" was approved. That is where I am at the moment. I just responded that I reject the offer and am demanding a full refund.
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they are at least communicating with me (not ignoring me entirely).
