I’m having similar problem, wrong shoe size

I want an exchange but no response to emails

I just received my order. One pair is not what I ordered. The other pair is slightly different from the pictured. I scanned the wrong pair and they are a men's style show. They are way too big to keep.

We are waiting for a refund. The shoes are cheaply made and they sent the wrong size. Unfortunately, you have done this to many customers by sending them wrong
shoes and sizes. As well as refusing to send them a refund and only offering
partial money. You have said to other customers that it is too expensive to
return the shoes therefore, you will not give refunds.
Update: My credit card company gave me a credit of the $120.94. I kept fighting. Also, be aware that eventually Lurebest company asked me to cancel the dispute and then they could refund me the full amount. DON'T EVER CANCEL YOUR DISPUTE!

The website says returns within 30 days. I have made 3 contacts to an email (only info on the website) so far and I am offered new size, 10% back or a 40% credit towards new purchase. I do not want any of that, i wan a full refund (less return shipping I guess). I do not like the shoes, they are ugly and do not fit properly. I will contest the charge with my credit card company - - I stupidly didn't look for reviews before purchasing. if you are reading this, you are smarter. DON"T PURCHASE from Lurebest.com

Attempting to rectify the situation by returning the shoes was met with absurdity as I was informed of exorbitant return costs, purportedly due to shipments to China despite the product originating from Illinois. Furthermore, their offer of a mere one-third refund of the purchase price was insulting, especially considering the misleading nature of their product representation. In addition to this, their lack of response post my refusal of the inadequate refund demonstrates a disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of integrity in handling customer concerns. In light of these experiences, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and refrain from engaging with Lurebest to avoid falling victim to their deceptive practices.

Total Scam Company. Stay away from them. Ordered one pair of shoe, first it comes after 6 weeks, than size was not correct. When contacting them they offer 20% of refund. Told them that these shoes are just garbage for me but they refuse to refund my money.
Quality of product is very cheap. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

SCAM! They don’t deserve the 1 star!! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Shoe sent was nothing like the picture and two sizes too small. When I reached out, they kept trying to give me 5/ 10% of the money I payed. I am so disappointed as I purchased this item for someone who really was looking forward to the boots. I have no use for them at all. Plus they look cheap and ugly too. Purchase was made in the first week of December and we are now weeks away from February! Still no refund.

They are definitely a scam!!!! Stay away.

I placed an order for two pairs of shoes. The company sent shoes 3 sizes smaller than I ordered. When I contacted them for a return address, I was asked to verify that the shoes were 3 sizes too small. I sent photo of the shoes bottoms with the European size molded in it. There are no printed labels. After 3 weeks, and several emails, I still have not received a return address.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. Firstly, the size was incorrect and secondly the workmanship on their shoes is well below standard. They were not leather (as described). I tried to return them for a refund, and they would not provide me with an address to send the shoes back too.
After several emails back and forth, all they kept offering was a discount on another purchase. No thanks!! I submitted a PayPal chargeback as I was getting nowhere and got my refund.

This is a scam. The shoes received looked nothing like the ones pictured on the website - much cheaper in quality and not true to size (1 size too small). Reached out 4 times to company via email and chat to start a return or exchange and they do not respond at all or will respond with a generic message "your order has shipped" which disregards the entire problem. DO NOT BUY - THIS IS A SCAM

I’m on the same boat they won’t send me the return label, they offered me 10 then 15 then 20 refund. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Affairs. I intend to file another complaint with better business bureau.

Never buy this company again.if the shoes size are not good they never return it. They never give you the money back.

I do not recommend anyone to make the mistake that I made of buying shoes at Lurebest, because I bought two pairs for the reason that I saw them on Facebook as good quality and pretty but it was a great disappointment when I received them, they have terrible quality. At a cost of 10dlls they came in insignificant plastic bags, and they sent me a pair of shoes that were wrong in style and color, and the other pair was too small, and the terrible customer service that Lurebest has, they have not approved the return, and I received them on /12/2023 and to date they only try to force the customer to keep shoes that they sent wrong by proposing discounts of 10%, 20%, 30%, 35% return, to try to force me to keep them There is no way to talk to anyone, there is no number, only messages, on Facebook Lurebest advertises good quality shoes, and it is not like that, any dissatisfaction you return them and receive your money back, and it is a lie, that in 24 hours They solve the return of shoes that they sent wrong, and it is another big lie, that supposedly the shoes are manufactured in the USA and it is another lie that they are manufactured in China, it is the reason that Lurebest did not approve the return of the shoes that they sent me wrong, because they don't want to pay to return them to China, that's a fraud I received the shoes on 12/13/2023 and to date they have not approved the return, and they no longer respond to my messages

At the request of my mother I purchased boots. I Received cheap, CHEAP looking boots. Nothing to what was advertised. On the same day of delivery I reached out and they will just not budge. They insist on a percentage of a refund. Never a true resolution. Thieves!

My girlfriend was going to order from the company, but I searched the internet and found this review site. Thanks to you wonderful people sharing your horrible experiences, I was able to talk her out of buy from them. Thanks to each and every one of you!

Be careful!!! They may not ship your order!!!! How it happened to me. More than six months ago I ordered shoes for myself and never received them. I wrote to them, they promised that they would solve the issue, but they never did. Then I wrote to at least return the money, to which they stopped even answering me!

This is a scam. Don’t waste your money on their products because they are crap and you won’t get a refund. I bought sandals that were advertised as leather orthopedic shoes. They for one were not leather, and the quality so bad, the sole ripped apart after wearing them only 5 times. They have refused to offer a refund. First they offered 10%, then 20, then 30, 35, 40 and finally only 50%. Then when I still said they owed me a full refund, they’ve gone radio silent.
