everything went to plan and on…
everything went to plan and on timewhich was fantastic for our young granddaughter's birthday! To be honest I have not yet seen the product because it was delivered to our granddaughter in Sydney and I live in Adelaide. However, another grandson owns the same thing which is why I bought the luggage.

Great product we love it, BUT….
Great product we love it, but some of the joining pin inserts are not sunk deep enough into the pine and my partner cut his hand trying to pry the joiners over the pin. We now have blood stains on the pine … if anyone knows how to get the blood off please let me know!

Purchase arrived dirty
The box arrived damaged. The light inside was covered in finger marks which, took me time to clean. This was very disappointing. I will think twice before purchasing from this store in the future.

Return policy is really bad
Return policy is really bad. I have ordered superking rail and it didnt fit my bed. Requested a retirn packed as it was but when i went to return through post it is costing almost same price of the rail . So i have left it with me and is of no use for me. Extremely disappointed.
