Attended Belfast for a medical conference. By chance ventured to Lunns and met Darrin. For the following hour + we had a great chat about watches, history of different models and the direction of travel for horological. Darrin has extensive watch knowledge and experience and purchased a new piece at the end of my visit - the best experience I’ve had in a Rolex store, Darrin big asset and credit to the Lunns team - Thank you
We left in my wife's engagement ring for a repair 36 yrs after buying it at Lunn's. We were treated as if we were buying it for the first time. They understood how special it was to my wife and what a big deal it was to hand it over for repair.
It returned looking like the day we bought it - some achievement considering it needed a replacement diamond and a rebuilding of the claws holding the diamonds in place. It glistened and she was thrilled with the work and the manner in whioihc we were cared for - even a glass of champagne while waiting for the ring to be brought out.
So the staff, customer care and service was second to none.
I purchased a gift for husband’s birthday in the Tudor boutique and I think the assistant was called Brad, he was excellent and had great knowledge of all the watches and answered all my questions

The service and experience at Lunn’s was excellent as usual. However they have been let down by Breitling as the watch, which is an old one, has not worked properly since I got it back. The repair was quite pricey and I don’t have the confidence to return it for rectification.

I’ve had two quite different experiences with Lynn’s. My visit to the Belfast store just before Christmas was exceptional – it felt really special, with a warm welcome, thoughtful touches for both me and my son. I hadn’t planned to buy a watch, but the experience made it memorable and I left delighted.
In contrast, my visit to the Derry store, where I used vouchers and later returned with my son, was fine but didn’t match that same level of care or attention. On our return visit in particular, we were left waiting and the experience felt much less personal and special.
Overall, a good experience, but inconsistent across locations. I’ve dated my last visit which was 14th March.

Left watch in November for a service which was shocked it’s went up £100 since a year ago. 5 months later after being told couldn’t get the parts it turned up , a few days later it wasn’t working and taken back to store , me and my partner are disabled so wasn’t happy to be taking it back , a service manager phoned today 15th April and said they would send it back to the watch maker .. were was it for 5 months and why after spending £370 for a service is it broke after a few days , wouldn’t recommend for a watch service
