Lunettes Pour Tous Reviews 

I’m a cabin crew based in Dubai, and I traveled to Paris specifically to get my glasses at Lunettes Pour Tous because I loved my first pair from your Marseille store. Today, I bought four glasses, and the salesperson told me they would be ready in an hour. When I returned after 1.5 hours, they were still not ready.

When I finally received them, one pair—the only one I need for work—had the wrong lenses, much stronger than my prescription. Vitor, who was very helpful, explained that it couldn’t be fixed today due to the time. However, the delay wasn’t my fault—I was there at 16:00, and they were supposed to be ready by 17:00.

I’m flying back to Dubai tomorrow morning without my glasses, and I’ll have to pay for shipping to receive them there. The shipping cost isn’t the issue, but I believe the store could provide better tools for its staff to handle these situations. If they had more flexibility to offer solutions beyond just waiting for a payment link, it would greatly improve the customer experience.

I received a message that the glasses are not available, I went to the store and told me that my eye glasses
Will be available in 10 min. The glasses was with scratch, and again I was waiting abt 20 min. The personnel do not speak English and was a little bit negative.

The best and most inexpensive frames for glasses, I came from Latvia to France to buy frames for glasses, we don't have such in Latvia

I am incredibly surprised! Low prices! Very nice service. I was served by Tracy - full professionalism! Nice, helpful. I am so pleasantly surprised that I will definitely come back and recommend to others! Bravo! I forgot to mention that I could pick up my glasses after 30 minutes! Great!

I went there this evening and pre-sales was fantastic. Ordered my glasses and paid. After that all went down hill. Waited for 90 min, first glasses appeared. They were supposed to be my sunglasses but they put normal glasses were put in. Second pair arrived which but with wrong prescription. Tried to get reimbursed but that was not possible either. Will not go back. Expensive and no service

Excellent service from the Toulouse Branch on 25th November 2024. I had used that branch in August 2019 for my specs back then and had good service which is why I went back to them for my latest ones. Service was every bit as good and I praise the young man Charles, who served me in a friendly, helpful and efficient.

I am glad to recommend Lunettes pour Tous to all especially non-Francophones in France such as myself.

Very poor quality after service.
Glasses gave me headache and the glasses were no more than a cheap magnifying glass.
The magnification was overcompensated to make it look clearer.
Returned for a refund after speaking to customer services and refund refused.
Store referred me back to customer services but refused to give me a contact as to who to speak to.
Also don’t be drawn in by €10 euros in 10 minutes the glasses all cost and take more time. This offer is not available I paid over €150

First of all thank you so much from your services and the stuff of your store they are nice and respectful. You are doing your best for your clients as you did for me too.
To be honest the glasses are great I selected and you provided for me, but unfortunately the sunglasses is really big it’s coming down all the time from my eyes and the withe glasses 👓 is ok in size but when I use to wear it I feel headache badly. I hope u note this and I will bring it for u to recheck it.🙏🙏

The waiting time is short. The staff is accommodating.

There was a problem with the glasses I ordered there a year ago. The staff went beyond expectations to make sure my glasses were perfect this time. They brought in all the experts to make it happen!
