When I had my appointment and chose my glasses I was informed I would get to walk round the shop to introduce me to the glasses and also I would get a cleaning solution with the glasses which would be refilled when needed . After getting my text to collect my glasses I didn’t get any walk round or cleaning solution just a spare cloth on Ed the glasses were fitted
Wonderful opticians, the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable and Laura is a brilliant and friendly optician. I am a patient at the Ruskington branch and will recommend 100%. Great service! Thankyou ladies! :-)
Exceptional business are run by people who care and commit to putting things right when things go wrong. Lunettes is one of these businesses in my experience. Not the cheapest but definitely best value if you place the importance of your eye health as number one on your list of priorities. I am a patient at their Grantham store and would wholeheartedly recommend. Head and shoulders above the local Boots and Specsavers offerings.
