I am pregnant for the first time so buying clothes in the right size has been a challenge. I ordered a size up since I wasn’t having luck with my original size fitting from other stores. When I received my order it was unfortunately too big. I contacted Lunetta customer service to do an exchange, but because of shipping costs they offered to send me new sizes free of charge. My current order will be donated to another expecting momma and I can’t wait for my new sizes to arrive! Such amazing customer service!

I basically lived in the jumpsuits through most of my pregnancy - so comfy and they grew with me as I got bigger. Now postpartum, the Easy Nursing Bras are the only ones I’ve found that fit well and are comfy, especially with a bigger bust. The clips are amazing with the constant feeding as well. And the Lunetta team is always quick to respond and always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My order was not delivered. I followed the process outlined by Lunetta and filled in the appropriate forms, and continued to wait after being told they would investigate. I still haven’t had my order. I had multiple emails backwards and forwards with Lunetta regarding my order. And in the end submitted a chargeback to my bank. Lunetta sent some of the emails and not all of them as part of the dispute and effectively misrepresented the truth to keep the money. Fortunately, my bank asked for further evidence for me which I have submitted and shown how my order was not delivered and that the customer service was extremely poor, including a threatening email saying that if I did not rescind the chargeback they would tell the bank it was delivered (despite agreeing it was not). I have since won the chargeback dispute. Other reviews have said about poor quality and the return process, but my advice would be to not order from them purely for the fact it is money down the drain and it is a long and arduous process to get your money back.

I purchased three of the rompers for my daughter-in-law. They arrived promptly and were very soft, but they did not fit her as I had ordered the wrong size. The customer service was very kind and helped me resolve the issue promptly. I highly recommend them!

I got these for my wife and she Loves it! The jumpsuits are so comfortable and spacious! We needed a new size and the company sent one free of charge! Easy to deal with, great customer service, and a great product! Not cheap material, and great color options! Would highly recommend!

Great customer experience

I ordered these for my daughter, unfortunately they were not very well made and the fabric was quite flimsy. Also it cost £30 to return something worth £60 as they had to be tracked back to China if you are buying in the UK.

Lunetta Maternity is a must have! Clothing is not only stylish, but is made of soft material and very comfortable, My wife’s favorite clothing choice throughout her pregnancy.

Products are of really low quality, the fabric shows everything.
The return policy is the worst. You have to pay to send it back to China which means you have to pay €30/40 and then hope you get money back.

Payment, delivery, and customer service were all smooth and efficient. Mary was quick to follow up when I needed an adjustment due to a sizing issue, which I really appreciated. Great experience overall!

Really great experience with Lunetta Co. My order didn’t fit quite right, so I reached out and they helped me out with a replacement in a new size.

Also, the product itself is really good quality,the material is super soft and comfortable, especially during pregnancy, which makes a big difference. Overall, amazing customer service and a brand that actually cares about their customers. Would happily order from them again!
