I absolutely LOVE these rompers! The customer service is just beyond amazing. I am an international customer and they helped me with a sizing issue so easily.

No exchanges or returns, but their customer service was able to assist me to get the products I needed and I appreciate that!

When the size didn’t fit properly they stepped right up willing to help. They sent a size larger with no hassle

My wife loves the outfits. Ended up with the size being a little too small and the company was great about sending us replacements to a bigger size. Highly recommend!

Do not buy from this company. Ordered over £100 of maternity wear, took almost 3 weeks to arrive, quality was shocking and looked nothing like the website. When I requested a refund they offered only a 30% refund. I said I would like a full refund and they said I had to pay to ship the package to an address in China and it had to arrive within 10 days. Appalling service.

Easy ordering. Easy to access support. Shipping delivery company that was used did not deliver to the correct address and had to be tracked down.

They were willing to work with me on my exchange and responded quickly. I love my new jumpsuit it is perfect for pregnant mammas like me!

I sent the company questions about my order. They were quick to respond and gave me an option I could work with.
I’m very happy at this point with the resolution!! 😊

Loving the Lunettaco products - they are extremely soft, hang just right, super cute and trendy, but most of all for my daughter, Easy to Wear- comfortable and breathable for the warm weather coming as being pregnant in summer and choosing clothes, is never easy. Terrible customer service if you would like to return. I’ve been going in circles now for almost 3 weeks with their customer services, asking me the same questions, saying I haven’t replied when the reply is literally in the email chain. Awful delaying tactic preventing me from even starting my return process. Would not recommend

All in all we love the quality of the material and the way it flatters the women. Several of my pregnant friends in various stages of the pregnancy wore them and the fit was comfortable and appealing to the body. The response to our concern was addressed in a timely manner, and willing to help us as the customers.

After receiving my order and realising I should have ordered the larger size, I contacted Lunettaco. They were so helpful especially as I was an International order and rectified my problem without hesitation. Thank you Lunettaco.

We ordered a 3 pack of the jumpsuits and my daughter absolutely loves them! The quality of the material and craftsmanship is beyond compare! Very stretchy and will fit thru 3rd trimester and postpartum. The have a simple but great style!! Highly recommend !

Amazing customer service! The maternity dresses I ordered were too big, but the team handled it so well. They asked me to donate the dresses and are sending me a smaller size for free. Very kind and professional experience.

Bought this jumpsuit as a gift for my wife — the design and fabric looked lovely in person, but it ended up being a size too small. Even though the size I bought wasn't correct, the company was great to deal with and made the return easy, even covering the shipping. I can’t speak to the fit or comfort in daily use, but the quality seemed nice and the customer service was excellent.

I recently ordered a maternity/postpartum jumpsuit from Lunetta Maternity. The material was very soft, breathable and durable. While the colour of the item I received differed quite a bit from the website photos, customer service was responsive and worked with me quickly to help find a resolution. I appreciate their willingness to assist and look forward to receiving the replacement item as promised.

I ordered a certain color, but when it it came in I was not too happy with it, I messaged costumer service and they responded very quickly. Mary was super helpful and was able to assist me right away.
