I will not buy from this company ever again. The quality of the garment was poor and the returns policy to Canada prohibitively expense and using up unnecessary planetary resources. I will give my trousers to charity and not buy from Lune of Lobdon again...the mention of London in their title is misleading.

Materials are cheap rubbish. Dresses look like they have been made by children. Returning items is nion impossible . Should not be allowed to sell or advertise

Absolutely terrible company and customer service! Complete lack of transparency and deliberately mislead customer that they distribute from international warehouses and if you need to return an item you have to pay extortionate international return costs! Although they state the customer has to pay the returns fee, nowhere in their delivery or returns info or on buying your product do they tell you it would have to be shipped internationally for a return. I had to return my item to Canada! They also only show you the UK part of the shipping after purchase so again very misleading!! The alternative to a return was a 10% refund with a 50% value of item voucher. Complete joke! To top it off they still haven’t refunded the full amount even after me sending the return back at my own cost. Stay clear of them! Oh and the quality of the item was absolutely terrible too!

Item received after 2 week wait then blazer jacket not fit for purpose Same experience as others here, several email exchanges, photos etc Paid by PayPal but not holding out much hope They also seem to set up an automatic payment on my paypal account which thankfully I spotted and cancelled I'm done with online ordering as so many fraudsters out there

To return my dress, I have to send it to Canada at my own expense. This is going to cost almost as much as the dress and there is no guarantee that the company will refund my money. Under TRADING STANDARDS .As this change of country does not appear on their website, you can claim your money back by a CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACK.

Awful product, size small came up to my ears in pants, cheap material, not as advertised at all. Waited for it for ages too. The price point for this product is ridiculous. Total scam.

I ordered an item and was informed that it was out of stock, would I like to order another item, which again was out of stock. I was then offered a token or a refund. I asked for a refund and was informed this isn't possible despite the email informing me to the contrary. I believe this is a scam company... PLEASE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM

Awful on line shopping experience. Very poor quality items, materials not as described. Ridiculous returns process, items must be sent to Canada at customers expense. Misrepresented brand name, nothing to do with London, no shops as depicted on website. Steer well clear is my advice

The website says free shipping - and then puts a £4.95 ‘shipping protection’ charge on. It also says free returns - which is a blatant lie and criminally misleading - you have to pay to return your item to CANADA. The website says ‘we only ship to the UK’….
But the item took two weeks to arrive FROM CHINA and was poor quality and poor cut. Don’t go near this supplier - never ever again

I ordered a pair of shoes and the ones they sent weren't the right size. They were so much smaller (we ordered a mens size 10 and my daughter with size 6 feet couldn't get them on). Really frustrating to find that they will only give you 10% refund and then a voucher for 50% of their costs or you have to send things back to Canada which is so expensive. Just steer well clear, I wish I had.

Absolutely appalling company - ordered what looked like a men’s shirt in my size (as per the size guide they provided) and claimed it was cotton. The shirt arrived several weeks later, was far too small and was made of something synthetic I can only hope would never be near a flame! Then to return it I had to ship it abroad outside the UK to their Canadian warehouse at my own large expense! Don’t waste your time with these guys - sham operation

If I could give it zero stars I would. Crikey, I hope you read these reviews before wasting your money. This is a follow up review to my previous review.
To cut a long story short, I ordered 2 jumpers from these charlatans and only one arrived. The company hounded me about the missing jumper, accusing me of receiving the jumper - and therefore fibbing to them about this, and the courier of not delivering the jumper. They then tried to send me the 2nd jumper, which I refused. After many accusations and further attempts to send it to me, eventually they gave up and offered me a 75% refund. A 75% refund for something that was not my fault! Utterly shameless. I first ordered the jumpers 8th May 2026. 19th July 2026 I get my final offer of 75% refund.

This company is a disgrace. They use a website to create an image yet they fail to ship or refund and use delaying tactics.
They are clearly overseas, and should be shut down.

Very slow delivery time and dress is exceptionally poor quality and smelt awful when opened from the package it arrived in. Will not be ordering again.

STEAR CLEAR! I wish I’d read reviews before ordering from this company. The name for a start is misleading because they don’t even exist in the UK let alone London, they are in Canada! The dress took almost 2 weeks to arrive, the quality is market stool and the returns process is painful. Customer service when dealing with the return request are completely unreasonable, you have to arrange and pay for your own return which stings when you realise they are in Canada and the average cost of a return is £20!! Their solution was for me to keep the dress and give me a 50% voucher (not 50% off voucher) with an “approx value of £27” - how in anyway does this make it right when I won’t wear the dress and nor will I as ever buy something from them again, I’ll rather go to Primark!

Wouldn't even give 1 star if there was a lower option. Poor quality goods, meant to be orthopedic but received hard plastic soles which didn't even fit size nor description. Customer service hopeless. I would suggest there is definitely a lack of transparency on website advertising as goods need to be returned to Canada at what they suggest is a reasonable cost...shy of £40 is not reasonably in my book...do not use at any cost....poor .poor.poor

Firstly Lune London doesn’t exist. Lune London dissolved and now operates under LUNEA London. Everything about their website is contradictory. It states Free Returns on the website but then states that customer is responsible for return shipping costs to Canada but goods are shipped from China. . The company is Directed by Syuanyun YE from Taiwan. Products are not as described. If you try to cancel they say this must be done within 5 mins of placing the order! Avoid this company at all costs it’s dodgy!

Nothing that arrived was as advertised-materials,sizing and very poor quality. Returns are not free as stated since you have to return them half way across the world to Canada at your own expense (even though they are based in the UK). Even then you have to wait goodness knows how long. The inconvenience and expense are obviously the point! Nothing even has a label. Absolutely appalling.

Its not free return. You will only get 15% back. PLEASE DONT GO ON THIS LUNE LONDON.THAY ARE NOT FROM LONDON YOU HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS FOR YOUR ITEM. I GOT ANKET PAID £33.99.THE SAME ON TEMU £2 PLEASE DONT SHOP ON THIS SITE.
