These people need shutting down, that is if they are still trading. They owe me over £100. Returned 2 dresses to Canada tracked and delivered to Frank in Canada, that also cost me more than £30 to send. Sent all the info to support@lunelondon and now it seems they do not exist, the email address they provide is now not recognised, i even phoned Frank on the number they provided and guess what, that number doesn,t exist either. Ladrones. Dont buy from these rogues.

The Netherlands seems to be an offshoot of China so don’t be fooled by the location. The usual very poor quality so have immediately request a refund

If I could give them 0 stars I would. AVOID shopping here at all costs. Long delivery time, cheap awful quality material, unresponsive and when asking for a return said I needed to ship to Canada, which could cost anywhere £20-£80 and saying they wouldn't cover the costs. They also attempted to give me only 10% refund and a 50% discount on a next order - that's how little they care about their products. I am still waiting on a refund and will never shop here again, and recommending no one ever does again.

Bought jumper advertising cashmere what turned up was a cheap acrylic jumper. I only got refund because i bought using PayPal

Firstly, this is a Chinese based company, NOT UK!
Secondly the 2 items purchased were damaged as the packaging was not adequate for postage. Just plastic bags.
The quality is far below the price point as well. Two pairs of the same sandals, different colours.
Straps are off different lengths and neither finished the same way. One is too short when buckled the other too long.
The materials are not leather but cheap PU leather.
Emails to the company remain unanswered.

SCAM SITE - Do not use!!

Nothing to do with London in any way shape or form. Ships directly from China, taking 2 weeks plus to deliver.

I ordered a pair of “swimming shorts” at £40 - what arrived was a flimsy, single layer polyester piece of tat that I’d have been disappointed to have paid a £1 for on Temu.

Wish I’d read the reviews first - DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Avoid buying from this site! The wrong size was sent and the design was not as described. Trying to get a refund has proved almost impossible and I am not confident that I shall receive a refund at all! The questions I asked were not answered and I am left with the impression that the Company deals with e-mails from the point of view that if it can wear down the buyer, the buyer will eventually give up after getting nowhere.
I wish that I had read the reviews before getting involved.
Why is this Company still trading?

Horrible cheap material and no response to numerous emails and telephone call, not answered, voicemail left, to ask for a refund.
Altogether bad experience. Dont go there.

Terrible, avoid. Quality is awful. To return items they need to be posted to Canada at your own cost. I have sent multiple emails since my items were delivered, with no response. This is a scam service that delivers terribly products with an arduous and non-existent returns process so that they keep your money.

Promised a refund for a shipping return (£17) to Canada of all places and this never materialised. Reported company to Klarna.

The product that I bought for my wife was supposed to be cotton but what arrived was a poor quality cheap polyester type print.
When attempting to contact Lune regarding a return of their product I found that none of their published email addresses seem to exist!
‘Lune’ would seem to be some form of scam …… do not buy anything from them!

I'm not a huge lady, but size UK 18. I ordered XL ..it's like a size 12-14. Very cheaply made, never again

I bought a pair of orthopaedic sandals at the beginning of June. After wearing them twice the stitching on one of the back straps unravelled and the faux leather stretched. Besides this, the soles seem to be plastic, unlike the rubber grooved soles on the video. They are dangerously slippy, as there is no grip.
I have emailed Lune twice about returning them and have had no response to either email.
I will not be buying from them again.

Bought a blazer which looked decent quality however upon receiving item the material was really thin and cheap looking. I requested a refund and return email was in french so correspondence was via translation. The company are refusing to pay shipping costs and are being really awkward about the tracking number provided, stating they won’t reimburse funds until a photo of item being dropped off postal service is provided. I have lost over £80 for an item I am unhappy with due to the shipping costs which were £25. The company misrepresents itself as an English company but is in fact in Canada therefore usual trading standards do not apply. It’s a terrible service and quite frankly I feel I have been scammed. Do not buy from this company

I’ve returned 2 items which have been received but now I can’t get hold of them via email at all, I keep getting message delivery failure. I wish I’d read these reviews before I spent money with them. They make the return process so very difficult. It took 40+ emails to arrange a return which has cost me £27. NOT HAPPY. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COST !!! And it appears I’m out of pocket £165 on crap clothes that they now have back. DISGUSTING. Don’t know how they’re still in business. Now I can’t even access their website. So pissed off 😡

The company purports to be from London (UK email address) but my top arrived from China and thus too late for the event i needed it for. When I asked to return the item, I had to send it back to Canada, at my own cost of £17. No refund has been given and no reply to request for refund.

Extremely unsatisfied. The dress has arrived and it looks nothing like the photo, it’s a different dress. I’ve contacted support who have said there’s nothing wrong with the dress and the photo just looks different. You are selling a completely different product and not offering a full refund.

I read an article about best white T-shirts, that recommended Lune, they must have been paid to make the recommendation.
Very late deli, extraordinarily poor quality. Not cotton , very cheap polyester with no shape. Never , ever buy from them !
