This is not what is appears

This is not what is appears. When a return was requested I was given an address in CHINA that was not real. The fee was $300.00 which is more than I paid. THIS IS A GIMMICK DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this site nor the ELEANOR site, the clothes and shoes are cheap and not of the quality presented.

SCAM

I had the same experience in December 2025, paid for my order and up until today, nothing has been delivered. I have tried to phone the number on the website - it does not exist.

*PAID - NO TRACKING - NO DELIVERY*

Order paid on 12 December 2025. I was advised the parcel had been handed to DHL, however no tracking number or shipment confirmation was provided.

After several follow-ups, I received no response and the goods were never delivered.

This reflects non-delivery of paid goods, and I cannot recommend this business and it surely is fraudulent.

Luna&Zuri Fraudulent online Boutique

I purchased clothing from Luna & Zuri Boutique, they are a shopify store and claimed on their website to be in Capetown and Johannesburg. I never received my order. After I filed a chargeback with my bank, the company contacted me and attempted to pressure me into withdrawing the chargeback, even though they had not delivered the goods. I refused.

A few hours after I refused to withdraw the chargeback, I noticed that the Luna & Zuri website suddenly changed its name and branding to “Eleanor Boutique .” The story on the site also changed completely.
Under Luna & Zuri, the business claimed to be run by a mother and daughter based in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Under Eleanor Boutique, the story changed to a mother closing her shop to care for her daughter Emily, who has cancer.

This sudden rebranding, combined with non‑delivery, inconsistent business stories, and attempts to interfere with a legitimate chargeback, raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the operation.
