Like others stated I would give this company negative stars if possible. First of all, the shipping is not in any timely manner like they tell you, I got my package 3 weeks after expected delivery day, so I really didn't want the dress anymore. Second, the dress I ordered and what they sent me was not even close to the same product. The quality of the dress is garbage for what I paid. Third, it's been jumping through hoops to get them to help me return the dress. Even though, their website sates they will give you 30 days to return items after you receive them. Also, the customer phone number listed on their website isn't even a legit number. The only thing you get is some phony run around through email. DONT ORDRT FROM THIS SITE!!!

I would leave zero if possible. I’ve waited a month and it still says “awaiting shipment” I asked for a refund and their customer service emailed me trying to say it’s already left the facility. I checked again and lo and behold it still says “awaiting shipment” and they are REFUSING to refund my order and outright lying. Do not waste your time with this company. I will be posting this review on every social that I have.

I didn’t like the fact that you can’t receive discounts that was said in the beginning if you don’t pay shipping

Tried to return and item. It took 4 emails to get a response to return the item. We followed instructions, sent the item back only to have them refuse the package. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I also wish i could give a negative star! They sent the wrong item and told me they can give a PARTIAL refund. They suck and definitely learned my lesson the hard way that the website is BS and a scam! I took the loss

Complete SCAM, product was garbage return process was ABSURD, and when i returned and followed EVERY PROCEDURE, they DIDN'T REFUND me !!! they just stole my $$

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m out $140. SCAM. Do NOT purchase. Placed an order tried cancelling because they hadn’t sent a confirmation or shipped after 5 days. Sent 2 emails requesting cancellation (they don’t have any other way to contact them). They ignored me, shipped the items THEN responded saying they couldn’t cancel because they already shipped the items. I then said I needed the return information so I could return the items once I got them since I no longer needed them hence why I was cancelling. They told me I needed to have the items in possession before they could give me return instructions. Finally got the items delivered 28 days after purchase. Emailed them asking for return instructions and for weeks they just gave me the run around. Then finally becoming completely unresponsive altogether. I still have the unopened package and I’m PISSED. Do NOT order from them.

I have made an order for a coat on Dec 22nd and have not received it yet?????????/////

The coat I purchased at $125+ was not quite large enough and the zipper was not user friendly. I reached out and customer service responded promptly. However, they offered me a refund or gift card in the amount of $35. Thus, I requested an exchange instead, this way we both win. THEY HAVE GHOSTED ME EVER SINCE -- It's been 6 days without any response for resolution, despite me prompting them every couple of days. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD FOR BUSINESS!

Soooo here I am still waiting on my shit with a status, saying awaiting shipment all I can say is dispute dispute dispute don’t waste your time your money or your energy!!!!

A COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY
Bought a dress, didn't get it until a month later, horrible, plastic-type material, awful smell of oil, one sleeve smaller, neckline crooked, tried using their return system, was given 3 options to get half of my money back, finally found a secondary email, got a message with a return address, paid for trackable package, got the package back as "Refused" from the address they had given me, asked what they were going to do, they refunded me the total I paid for the dress, minus $9.12, which they said, "was because they don't refund discounts." WHAT??? I'm finally walking away, but this company should be brought up on charges of consumer fraud.

I loved the merchandise & it was really easy to ck out only thing I thought would be better is if you dint have to spend 100 to get free shipping. But other than that I have no issues. Ive neve ordered from you before so not sure how long it will take for my stuff to arrive .

Worst company to deal with!!! Three weeks to ship then when the dresses ordered showed up they are complete cheap crap and look nothing like the photographs on the website. I reached out to return and they said I needed to take photos of the clothing. Why can’t I just ship it all back and get a refund? I think this is a big scam! DO JOT ORDER GROM THIS HORRIBLE SCAMMING COMPANY!
