Avoid this company!!
I had a totally negative experience with this company. I ordered two tanks off the website, one of which was faulty when received. I informed them of this & they agreed to issue a refund plus return postage costs after I reminded them I was returning the item as faulty & not through choice. It
took 3 requests to get the return address from them which started alarm bells ringing straight away. A couple of days after returning the item, I received an email from Kevin Nunn to say that they’d received the item & “could not replicate the fault” I’d reported so they were refusing to issue a refund or cover the return postage costs of £3.95. To add insult to injury they wanted a further £2.90 to return the item if I wanted it back!
This initiated several email communications with Mr Nunn, who repeatedly described himself as “profoundly confused” as to why I’d returned the tank & tried to make out that I had no idea how to operate it, which is a total untruth as I’d researched it before purchasing and also I have the other tank I purchased from them which is the same model. He was,in actual fact, trying his best to get out of issuing the refund and I confronted him with this. Ultimately, I resorted to entering a claim through Paypal as I was getting nowhere with Mr Nunn, who was supposedly becoming more & more “confused” after each communication!!
I have just learned that Paypal, after investigating my claim, have found in my favour & have recovered the costs of the full order.
DO NOT order from this company. Their customer service is, at best appalling & they obviously hold their customers, who are spending their hard earned money with them, in complete contempt. Unscrupulous companies such as this should be shown up for the charlatans they really are & avoided at all cost!
I would have given no stars for this review if that had been an option.
