I really like the collars as usual. I buy these a lot and actively seek out the stand at different events. However this time I bought online and was disappointed by the experience. The collars took a very long time to arrive despite having no option but to pay for tracked 48 hour delivery. I appreciate that this was over the Christmas period, however the time that these collars took to arrive (with no communication from the seller) was a lot longer than accounting for the bank holidays. I wouldn't have minded and would have expected a longer delivery time, had i not had to pay for tracked 48 hour delivery and having no other option.

lovely products. ordered a few items and one item did not arrive. Becca straightaway replied and as expected it came in the post a few days later which was not her fault. Will definately place another order soon

Great quality but I knew this as had bought their products before but from a shop.

Just purchased the green tartan harness and collar, apart from I love the design it fits our Teddy like a glove. Because of the easy to use clips it's easy to get on and off and the placement of the straps means he can move freely without any rubbing.
