I had breast augmentation, Liposuction and Vaginoplasty on 1st October 2025 and the surgery was performed by Dr Ramazan Guler at Luna Clinic, Istanbul Cerrahi Hospital. All this was arranged by Flymedi who are associates for Luna Clinic.
Although the liposuction and Vaginoplasty surgery was straightforward, unfortunately the breast augmentation was not successful. Before I flew home I attended Dr Ramazan Guler private clinic to have a final check-up and was accompanied by my sister. She was made aware of the injury around the right breast and nipple area and questioned this. Dr Ramazan Guler was not concerned and stated that it was a build-up of blood as a result of the trauma from the surgery and this will disappear and reduce in time. However, on my return back to the UK and a few weeks post op the area became severely infected. After several trips to my GP for antibiotics I had to attend the Accident and Emergency department as the infected area had got worse and the skin had torn around the infected area because of constant dressing changes. After examination I was then referred to the Breast Unit and was informed that I would have to undergo immediate surgery to have the implant in the infected breast removed and I would also lose my nipple because it was dead tissue. I contacted the clinic in Istanbul but I didn't receive a reply as the Co-ordinator was on holiday and I needed to have the surgery as soon as possible. I have now had the implant removed and am recovering from this but still have to attend my local hospital for dressing changes and had a drainage attached to my breast to remove the infection.

There was no aftercare provided by Luna Clinic, I have had no follow up calls or emails enquiring about the surgery and to ask if there were any complications which there clearly was. I defy any surgeon in the world to not know about dead tissue loss and the fact that Dr Ramazan Guler sent me home with the full knowledge that I had Necrosis in my nipple astounds me. I am deeply disappointed in my results after the breast augmentation and having to undergo further surgery only six weeks later to have the implant removed is unacceptable. Because I will now have to undergo further reconstructive surgery in the UK to have the right breast corrected this is causing me further stress and is having a profound effect on my mental health.

I have contacted both Flymedi and Luna Clinic but have not received a response from either and I doubt I’ll ever get an acknowledgment for their medical negligence. If anyone is thinking of having their surgery through Flymedi and Luna Clinic I would seriously reconsider this and go for a more reputable cosmetic company who have a duty of care and not just for financial gain.

I wanted to have teeth implants for 3 teeth but they only do full mouth which is so weird and the price they charge is more or less similar to the uk

Simply this is a centre of excellence in its genuine care. Professional, prompt, highly efficient with a personal, kind and caring touch. Response time is second to none with pain relief administered immediately. The UK clinics are no match.. nor anywhere near.

I just had a terrible experience with your WhatsApp support chat. I was speaking with someone named Maria, and she absolutely refused to help me unless I disclosed my personal information. After being asked multiple times, I eventually gave her my email address, but she insisted on also getting my full name, which I felt was too much.

I clearly stated that, at this stage, I only needed a few basic pieces of information—specifically, the name of the doctor performing the relevant procedure and a contact person for insurance-related questions. However, she refused to provide even these basic details or assist me in any way unless I shared my personal information.

She then told me that without giving her my personal details, she couldn’t help me and ended the conversation. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional—it only cost me time and nerves. It shouldn't be necessary to give out personal data just to inquire about a cosmetic procedure.

I have no issue sharing my information when necessary, but after sending out over 100 inquiries to other clinics in the country, I’m simply not willing to disclose my private data every single time—especially not when the clinic may not even make it into my shortlist.

I really think you should reconsider your approach and attitude towards potential customers. It's fine to ask for personal data, but if someone chooses not to share it at an early stage, that should be respected. To me, this came across as highly unprofessional and sketchy, and it negatively impacts the impression and rating of your clinic.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Şafak for my entire stay in Turkey. Şafak kept in touch with me regularly and supported me through my rhinoplasty surgery. He was there every step of the way, guiding me, providing me advise, supporting me, instructing me with my stay, flights, procedure. I felt comfortable and safe in good hands and im very happy with the process and results of my rhinoplasty with Dr Rasit.

My experience with Dr. Hakki and his team was exceptional. They were professional, thorough, and always kept the best interests of the patient in mind. They were patient in answering all my questions and provided me with the support I needed to have comfort in my decision.

Several months ago i elected to have 3 surrgeries with luna clinic/ flymedi. Kirstie is our rep and very personable . I elected to have two different surgeons based off of kirsties recommendations. She found me a professor whom is an ENT for my septorhinoplasty and a plastic surgeon for my male gynocomastia and upper eyelids

The issue started about a week prior to our arrival for surgery . Although i had several communications with her about pricing and a signed formal contract which showed what survives and what pricing she contacted me to ask for another 1000 dollars stating she had made an error. This is a huge error / mistake because i turned down others because she had best pricing for very good doctors
She had mentioned that i would have nasal packing where you cannot breath for a day or two earlier in our conversations. this time I asked exactly how many days would I have to be with my nose occluded with nasal packing and she responded all seven days..
when I found this out, it was a game changer. That is how they used to do these types of surgeries in the old days, but it’s very uncomfortable for the patient and studies have shown that they can do just as well with nasal splints and no packing at all so that the patient can breathe out of their nose immediately after surgery.
I sent Christie several articles to discuss with the doctor because being a professor she should be up on the latest techniques. I could not even find a doctor in Turkey or in America. It’s still practiced that way.
I was informed by kirstie that the doctor would not even discuss other options or techniques that every other doctor and the ENT and plastic surgery world is now currently doing so I canceled my surgery with Dr. Tugce but was panicking because I was already on a plane ride headed to Istanbul for 10 days

I was very upset because I was not informed of this upfront. I would’ve been able to go with a different group and although this was a common practice, most people have not practiced this weight since 2007 when a major study was performed and shared worldwide that it was no longer needed.

I decided to go ahead and move forward with the plastic surgeon from my gynecomastia until Kirstie decided it would be the same cost whether I had all three surgeries or one.. these groups higher sales people that speak English and then work out contracts with their doctors and Christie obviously was going to steal from me because she states that the pricing was $3000 for my male gynecomastia alone now that i cancelled with the ENT when I was contracted to pay 3300 dolars for upper eyelids, septorhinoplasty and male gynocomastia

Someone in this company is a thief, Kirstie waits until the last second to tell you she made a 1500 dollar mistake but will cut it down to 1000 dollars more she wants you to pay. i finally agreed to pay 500 more but when i cancelled with ENTshe now states to have gynocomastia for 3000
i am writing this review while at the hospital i found several good surgeon’s willing to work on me for 1700 —2000 dolars
