I have recommended Luna and Leaf to many friends. The 10% CBD oil has really made a difference to the quality of my night’s sleep. Since menopause I have had long periods awake at night and immediately found that 1 to 2 sprays under my tongue when I go to bed helps me. Specifically, I still might wake up but instead of remaining awake for long periods I can go back to sleep pretty immediately. As my first bottle was coming to an end I was panicking and wondering if I would be addicted! But I have discovered that once I’ve established a better pattern, I don’t have to take it every night. It still seems to last for a couple of weeks and then I start taking it again when needed. I am about to buy my 6th bottle.

It’s great to be able to contact Ed direct for CBD advice - and when the bottle arrives in the post it’s like receiving a beautiful gift from a friend because it’s fabulously wrapped and sometimes contains a brilliant quote. My favourite so far is: ‘Humans are the only animals that willingly delay sleep’

Delivered quickly and wrapped beautifully. I’ve tried a couple before this, that weren’t great tasting and don’t really have any effect. - I feel there’s a lot of bad ones out there! L + L has a subtle taste and I’m looking forward to keeping it in my daily routine.

when i received my order , i genuinely thought it was a friend who sent it to me. packaging thoughtfully with a written note- this CBD oil is my first ( after being recommended by a friend). the first night i used it I slept peacefully like a baby. The oil is wonderful, I have started on the 10% and use it for extra intentional rest. I would most definitely recommend.

Thanks to Luna and Leaf I have learned a few things about CBD.

(1) CBD comes from hemp, which is not the same as Cannabis.

The two plants are cousins, but, rather like me and my cousin, the bad reputation of one does not apply to the other. (My family can draw their own conclusions as to which cousin is the villain).

(2) CBD actually does improve your sleep!

I gave my dad a bottle for Christmas. He is 70 years old and has not slept for more than three hours straight for three years. (Yes, the 'cousins' analogy was used to put my father's prejudices and fears about cannabis and CBD to rest).

Once he realised he wasn't breaking the law, dad tried the CBD as directed.

On night two he slept for nine hours straight. He slept through every night until the CBD was gone, and for a further week, his sleep was better. Two weeks after the last dose, he was back to disrupted sleep.

The only serious side effect was his incessant snoring!!
