I had a necklace extended - the service was great. I was able to pick it up a couple of days after dropping off, very efficient, and received photos in the process to check the adjustment was what I wanted, including a choice for the extra beads. I was very pleased!

I ordered replating for a pair of vintage Chanel earrings that strangely had different colors after decades of use. They were cautious enough to say plating may not stay long because the material is unknown and not silver but I gave it a try, because I won’t be able to wear them otherwise. Today I received it and they are now in the same color. For now, I’m happy with the way they look and see if the plating stays well too.
