Appalling. Product was not as advertised and when I contacted and asked for full refund and that I would return item I got this response -

We truly understand your concern and sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, due to a recent surge in lost return parcels, we are currently unable to accept returns, as many items never reach our facility, creating further issues for our customers.

Purchased two pairs of trainers from Lumvora late June and they apparently tried to deliver them on 8th July but the tracking said it failed as they could not enter the Geofence whatever that is? Upon emailing them to see when they would attempt to deliver again I received what must be an automated response saying the are looking in to it. Nothing for a couple of days so emailed again and got the exact same response word for word. It’s is now 21st July and they have still not been delivered and now my emails are being ignored. Trying to request a refund but again no response. No contact number to speak to anyone. Absolute scam!!!
