Item lost scam site do not use. I took ages to be dispatched then says been delivered which hasn't i have cctv footage of this day covering all my road and no delivery's made says delivered customer services no help. SCAM SITE DO NOT USE
Ordered 27/09/24 it arrived today 16/10/24. So much for there delivery within 7days and items dispatched locally from their warehouse in Ireland absolutely horse s**t. Major lie and hoax to con you into thinking it’s local.
I had a tracking order from china or Japan with no tracking information as it wasn’t in there system till this morning. I did email lumiwave previously for an update and got no response. Poor post customer care!!!
Packaging totally different to what is shown online. I haven’t even tried them yet but going off previous reviews I doubt they will have any impact. DO NOT BUY SAVE YOUR MONEY
This is a hoax.. Do not order from this website.. Waste of money and false advertising! It’s a scam!
Product did not work as shown on their website..the heated eyelash curler does not hold a curl or even curl my lashes and I tried wlth and without mascara..I asked to return the item and responses were very slow and no Information was provided how to return it for a refund.
