My Lumitool F20 stopped working, I contacted the company's help support, who quickly responded and kindly helped me discover the problem and resolve it. Unfortunately, a part of my machine would have to be replaced. The company provided help videos and sent a new part for free. My machine is perfect. I appreciate all the competence and availability, in addition to being a trustworthy company, it is also a company dedicated to the customer.

I had great experience with lumitool company. Starting from the great product that they offer to the spectacular support through whatsapp that support my journey with lumitool science the beginning.. i lost my laser machine from misunderstanding with the customs and they replaced my laser with a new device.. I recommend lumitool strongly.. high end quality .. user friendly.. compatible with lightburn

Firstly i like the idea,design,hardware is ok too,but the software...... its baaaad, like realy baad, and you have normal and pro vesion -.- xDD
both version crash ,crash,crash, not saving, bad repeating functions, totally trash.
so i was not using it for like 7months, becasue its useless, then light on end of tunnel shine, with promise of "upgrade" to capability of lightburn.
this was also long as hell, like 40-mails to sure them i can change the board by myself and no ship head to china .

so after installing new MB, new cover, few setting in LBurn... work flawlessly.

my advice :
take your app, toss it in trash, hire some laserguy who know how to master settings in lightburn, share it with your community. Your videomanual of changing motherboard was good, make manuals for your machine how to use lightburn , because nobody will use your app. like what to change when you change lens etc.

because :
u keep posting videos of engraving, but u even do not center it,make it pretty, be more customer close,
somebody who never use lightburn, its very confusing.

SUMMARY:

from start to lightburn capability upgrade it was garbage, now its better, but still .....now its too pricey for laser

would i recomend it? sure, for ppl who like to tinkering around its good choice,but for ppl who want to press the button and create is there more better alternatives.

Decided to support Lumitool F20 Fiber laser Kickstarter campaign... really bad decision, the campaign ended at the end of January 2024, only received the laser on July 17, 2024 (ok only ~1 month of delay, that's to be expected on Kickstarter). After receiving the laser, huge disappointment, in terms of hardware it seems well-built, but the software is the worst. It can't perform simple tasks other 20w budget-Fiber lasers can, we only got an Android app (the Windows app is only an emulator of the android app!), full of bugs. Company is slow to listen to customers and slower still to fix the issues with the laser.
I cannot, at all, recommend the company, it used the Kickstarter campaign to fund itself and delivery an unfinished product...
