I‘ve only just started using the Mini, so no real results yet, but I like it very much and find it easy to use. The customer service and the info on the website & FB are excellent!

I believe my Lumired mini is faulty it flickers on the red light setting with one of the batteries and I now can’t feel any warmth coming off the light and my symptoms have all come back they was improving until the light started flickering , spoke on txt and didn’t get back to me then when I messaged again was clear they wasn’t interested in helping me , very disappointed and now I have to purchase elsewhere

Only thing I would have hoped was that they shipped an EU cable, not the annoying UK cable/plugs.

Arrived very quickly
Arrived very quickly, very responsive customer service, one of the batteries included was faulty, problem resolved very fast- got the replacement next day. Very happy overall. Can’t say how effective is lumi red as I only have it for couple of days .

I have used the torch daily for a few…
I have used the torch daily for a few weeks and have found relief from an infection. The portability makes it easy to get a session in on the move. The timer is handy as one doesn’t have to keep track oneself. Very pleased with Lumired.

I ordered pro 500 pro panel and am delighted with it. I use it almost every day front and back of legs and face and back. I’m using it almost 4,weeks and find aches in knees and ankles gone. Highly recommend

First class service
First class service, I ordered the body panel and received it 1 day later. This is only one of the reasons I was happy to purchase from an Irish supplier, back up , if I need it will also be local. I have heard from others that purchased from the US or the UK having extremely long delays with delivery and incurring high customs fees, not for me !!!

Love my LumiRed 300
I can see improvement on my face (using it for a month now) and I feel it helps me with my mood as well. Unfortunately, it didn't help with my hubby's shoulder pain. I got the small one because I am new to the area but I wouldn't hesitate now to invest on a bigger unit.
