After being a customer of luminous payment and having SEVERAL issues and giving them more patience then I should ever have too for the past four years I canceled due to closing my business. I noticed after a few months that I was still being auto charged a processing fee so I emailed the rep and had to fill out a form I was told I would not be charged anymore and yet the very next week I was charged again!! I emailed him saying I again was charged and I needed a refund for that charge and all the other months I had been charged and was told no I would only get a refund for the last charge. So they will not give me my money back for non use and me canceling and yet they have shown twice that they charge even after cancellation TWICE!! I have asked for the manager information and now cannot get a response to my emails. So disappointed!
