Avoid like the plague! Purchase the zip set for my Virtus ready for ops with the order being delayed and no response to emails.

Finally got a response they agreed to a refund as apparently they were waiting for them from the US.

Weeks of chasing with no replies so I’m not having my bank step in and recover the money!

This is a warning to you all, they has sticky little fingers and will keep your money!!!

I agree with previous review, I haven't received my order, tried calling and emails but no answer, don't order if you're in a rush!

Horrible experience with this company based in Scotland. Very slow to ship (10 days) despite what they said on their website. Did not reply to multiple emails. Asked to cancel the order after 7 days of not being shipped as I was leaving the country. They did not reply and shipped it 3 days later even though I was already gone. Lame.

Luminae Design Limited. Very good company in UK, Scotland, selling innovative military kit and equipment lines. Company both manufactures and designs tactical military equipment here in the UK. As well as being a stockist of the great major military brand Platatac of Australia. Found this UK company online very recently. Was especially interested in two items I noticed they had, that I'd seen nowhere else at all ever before here. Some very nice innovative one litre military olive green water bottles with screw lids. I saw those in a Facebook page post firstly. It was mostly the bottles I liked, for reason they're entirely different to any types of issue bottles you more regularly see in surplus places or Prepping, outdoors and bushcraft survival supplies stores. (Don't get me wrong. Very fond of my standard NATO Osprey design type water bottles, that I have been using for years. I've also got before in green as well as the original black. Like you get regularly stocked by places such as BCB International of Cardiff supplied dealers. These bottles here are just different in a nice way.)

As well as the bottles, I noted a perfectly very awesome looking SAS type pattern smock jacket, in the unusual to see Desert Auscam Australian pattern. Jellybean camouflage. Manufactured by a strong kit standards Australian manufacturer of kit to the Australian and New Zealand armed forces. Had to have that SAS smock. And luckily there was remaining some in my size.
As well as the above mentioned lines I selected for purchase, there is of course a wider range of exceptional looking quality military and outdoors applicable kit there on offer from this great company based up in Scotland. Lots of very interesting kit, a lot to like. I'm considering a couple of water bottle pouches maybe that fit the bottles exactly, with secure zip closure. I was mostly thinking in my mind of extra carry in Bergan pack water bottles, originally. Or placing the new bottles in standard kit pouches, that I've already got. The bottle holder pouches they do here however of course are better, as they're designed precisely to accommodate this bottle design more exactly. These could also be mounted on your pack outer easily using MOLLE loops, I believe. I really should have got myself a couple of their bottle pouches too! Oversight on my part I will need to correct sometime in near future!
I enjoyed an email exchange there with the excellent company staff, before my order with this great Scottish based company. As I kept running into difficulties from Verified by Visa and my bank Barclays when trying to put my order through at first online. Who both didn't seem to want to allow me to get these items purchased that I'd wanted. Luminae staff were great, supporting me by kindly placing aside my order for me, while I had a battle of wills over a good few days with Barclays bank. Till my account was finally freed up with extra verification proofs given. So finally I got my kit ordered, with the funds going through. Kit arrived well packed. In double wrap of plastic delivery sack, ensuring it arrived to me in good perfect condition. SAS smock was perfect fit happily. Could have used a bigger sized one in XL as I usually order at Arktis etc in UK sizing, but Large size here fitted me adequately. As is a tropical or desert type unlined Windproof garment, just needs to fit one close to body with a light shirt or t shirt, or option of room for thermal top underneath for night use maybe. Overall extremely pleased with goods ordered. Company very kindly authorised for me to receive an extra complimentary water bottle, and small useful waterproof pad. Which made my day. Great company. Really super helpful staff members there, that I enjoyed speaking to in comms regularly to update them to SITREP on my Barclays difficulties. Would certainly not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for good military kit for forces, Prepping or survival bushcraft use. Excellent.
