Sorry to hear that there's been a delay in receiving your parcel.
We received your order on Friday 24 November, and it was promptly processed and shipped on Monday 27 November. You should have received a tracking number once we processed your order.
Your parcel was picked up by Australia Post on Tuesday 28 November and delivered on Friday 8 December, which is shortly after you left this review.
We agree with you that it has taken Australia Post a long time to deliver your parcel. Unfortunately, as with any online business, we rely on third-party carriers for the timely delivery of the parcels. We have experienced very few delays with them in the past, but it does happen from time to time that it takes them longer than expected to deliver the parcel. It looks like yours has been stuck in the Sunshine West facility for about a week.
We did wish that you would have contacted us first, as we are a small family business and typically go the extra mile for our customers. We could have investigated and explained the matter, and let you know that you could expect your parcel shortly.
After you left this review we reached out to you twice to address your concerns, but unfortunately, we have not received a response on either of our messages. I assume you have received your parcel and that you are enjoying the Maileg items that you ordered, as they sure are beautiful!
