Terrible!!

Terrible!!! Do not by any product from this company unless you are 100% sure that you will not have to return it. My item took around 2 months to get, so I placed a dispute with my credit card that I did not get the item. The next week it showed up so I called the credit card back to say it was ok, but they had to wait for the company to respond.This was all taken care of, but I wanted to return the item because at this point it was too late to use. I kept on them for almost 9 months and they kept saying I had to remove the dispute or they could not give me the 50% refund as they said they would. I even sent a letter from the credit card company stating it was resolved many months ago. The last and final message today said it had been to long and they could not credit my item! NEVER purchase from this place unless you are loaded and can lose your money if you don't get or want the item.

Did not meet my expectations

The product was not at all what I expected. The color, seasonal fabric, and style did not meet my expectations. On the other hand; the customer service was very good.I received a no haggle refund right away and that was impressive.

Protruding belly. Breasts too big or too small. Wide shoulders. Short legs. Etc

Kiara was FANTASTIC!

The app hasn't been great, so I've already cancelled it within the first week of trial. It gave me two different results. However, I did purchase the video styling session. Kiara was FANTASTIC! She helped me find some new looks that I'm excited to try. She also helped me define my body type & shared ideas to flatter.
